Special Eligibility Criteria

   (1) Only manufacturer or their authorized dealer/ agent should quote along with valid specific tender Authorization Certificate from OEM uploading past performance of the same or similar items in Government Sectors, otherwise their offer will summarily be rejected without any back reference. Consideration of offer will be in accordance with clause 16.5 of General Tender Conditions.

   Technical Specification attached in tender duly filling up the requisite tab and uploading Annexure A duly complied, otherwise offer will summarily be rejected without any back reference.

   Dealers to submit valid dealership Certificate along with quotation, failing which the offer will be treated as rejected. In case of likely sources Manufacturer's Test Certificate and Warranty/Guarantee Certificate to be enclosed by the suppliers.

   REPLACEMENT OF PARTS & ACCESSORIES DURING WARRANTY/GUARANTEE PERIOD: During this period all defective parts and accessories shall be replaced promptly free of cost to the customer & such replaced parts shall further carry the same guarantee.

   a) During the warranty period, it shall be ensured that all the break down calls are attended within 4-6 hrs and the complete details of service agents / contact details should be furnished to buyer and consignee at the time of supply. b) Complete Address, telephone no., Fax & other contact details of service centre in Kolkata & neighboring areas should be provided.

   Demonstration and Training: The supplier shall demonstrate the working of the machine and shall fully and adequately train the operator and maintenance personal of the consignee free of cost.

   Demonstration: Demonstration of the equipment by concerned firm may be given if desired by technical evaluator or alternatively performance report of similar equipment supplied to Railway Hospitals over Indian Railways or Govt. Hospital or multi specialty Hospital (with contact no.) may be furnished for proper evaluation of the offer by technical evaluator/consignee.

   GST: (A) It shall be the responsibility of the Bidders to quote correct HSN Number and corresponding GST Rate. (B) The offer shall be evaluated based on the GST rate quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter-se-ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the Bidders to ensure that they quote correct GST Rate and HSN number. (C) Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST Rate if quoted by Bidders. (D) Whenever the successful bidder invoices the goods at GST rate or HSN number which is different from that incorporated in the Purchase Order, payment shall be made as per GST Rate which is lower of the GST rate incorporated in the Purchase Order or billed. (E) Vendor is informed that she/he would be required to adjust her/his basic price to the extent required by higher tax billed as per invoice to match the all inclusive price as mentioned in the Purchase Order. (F) Any amendment to GST rate or HSN number in the contract shall be as per the contractual conditions and statutory amendments in the quoted GST rate and HSN number, under SVC.
