Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and any thickness on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for applying 1.5 mm thick wall care putty (JK/Birla/Berger) on walls, including making surface even and smooth using sand paper before applying Priming coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices and applying Two coats of premium quality exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying one coat of premium quality exterior emulsion paint including Scaffolding up to G+2 floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint up to 15 m Height etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1:- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2:- Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3:- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Note:- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Cost of scaffolding upto 15m height of building is included in this item. (c) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-l, "Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (d) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythene film will be included. (e) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc included. (f) 5 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of concrete/kerb stone and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing paint on unevenness waterfall fountain surfaces/small boulder surfaces & applying two coat of Latex/Acrylic Paint in different colours shades over primer of same make as per direction of GE including minor repair work/sealing of joints works etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. S&F in repair curtain rails, mild steel, chromium plated including fixing brackets, both ends decorative nobs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.
