TTPS Operation Circle MPM II AC Plant Unit-III Fan House Cleaning of entire ventilation air ducts and air grills including renewing of damaged ducts

Labour charges for cleaning the entire air duct from the Unit - III fan house located at '0' mtr floor and air ducts at various locations like 4.5mtr floor, 9.5mtr floor, switch gear 6.6 KV room, BMCC room and Turbine floor etc., [approximately total length 418 mtr, area 1,538mtr²] which include the following works. • Removal of the hangar supports and providing of scaffolding wherever necessary. • Dismantling of the air duct segments by removing of fasteners lowering the duct segments to ground. • All Air grill were removed from the air duct. • Rectified the damaged air grill's louvers. • Complete cleaning of all Air ducts with wire brush, air & vacuum cleaning. • Patch up work of damaged ducts wherever required. • After completion of entire duct cleaning, reassembling the Air ducts by providing felt cloth, fasteners in flange joints and restoration of hanger supports. • Arresting of air leak in flange joints of entire air duct. • Painting and refixing the Air Grills in the air duct. • Disposal of collected dust particles during cleaning operation. • Removing the scaffolding arrangement after completion of all works.
