SCHEDULE A BOQ

Taking down chowkhat or frame(wooden/steel) exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each with shutter (with out taking off shutters from the frame) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sq.m and n.exc 2.0 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Flush shutters,30mm thick, solid core construction, with particle board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight Chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 30mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm long Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled stainless steel, and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 150 mm long Extruded Aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 300mm Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extrudud sections or cast- aluminum alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new wood or wooden surface of any description not othrwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F factory made UPVC three track sliding Window frame having 2 tracks for glass shutter and 1 track for mosquito sash made of upvc profile section of size 73mm x 42mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Sliding glass shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 55mm x 33mm and sliding wire mesh shutter shall be made of UPVC section of size 40mm x 22mm. All section of the frame, sash, transom & mullion, as applicable, shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. System shall be provided with the suitable upvc bead for glazing of the system & fitted with inner & outer EPDM seal gaskets. Clear Glass of Saint Gobain / Modiguard make with thickness of 4mm and stainless steel wire cloth of 0.19mm nominal dia. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved/raised nib finish so make the finished product free from all sharp edges & burrs. All the corner / mullion / transom joints of the frame and sash shall be mitered cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joining. System shall have adequate drainage mechanism to permit the escape of water from horizontal member beneath each sealed unit. System is to be provided with proper operating & locking hardware mechanism. Window locking system will be either both side push lock system or semi-circle locking system in centre. Complete window shall be fixed in to the existing pre finished aperture, by drilling and fixing through the outer frame using quality fasteners & silicon glue is applied to fill up the crevice between wall and window frame for leak proof installation including taking down existing one complete all as specified. Note: - The contractor will have to submit 5 years warranty certificate for upvc profile and 1 year warranty certificate for hardwares.

S&F factory made UPVC Ventilators design will be like top part fixed with exhaust fan provision and bottom part with fixed louver strips.Ventilators frame made of upvc profile section of size 45mm x 43mm (wxh) having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/-0.2mm). Wherever required /specified, system shall havev the fix mullion of size 45mm x 60mm having outer wall thickness of 2.0mm(+/- 0.2mm). All section of the frame,transom & mullion shall be duly reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanised mild steel section of required thickness considering structural / wind load requirement. S&F Powder coated aluminium door shutters,aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each shutter, hinges anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Glazing and particle board work shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F 9mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to aluminium frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Coloured tinted float glass and glazing, 5.5 mm thick with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq.m in each pane, with glazing clips and oil putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel covert governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty all as specified and directed.

S&F Mortice lock brass 4 levers vertical type of size 100mm fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 12mm thick toughened glass for doors including polished by machine on edges including stainless steel clips/hinges, stainless handles (02 Nos), floor spring double action complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make : Saint Gobin/ESG/Modi)

Supply and Fix 12mm thick toughened glasss frameless partition, with option of swing and sliding doors with all necessary to patch fittings and bottom insert like corner connection and side connector and bottom insert to the floor about 15 to 30mm or done with aluminium profile 12mm depth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make : Saint Gobin/ESG/Modi)

M&L False ceiling using GI snap grid size 60x60cm with main runner 38x24,wall angle & cross tee 29x24mm wall angle 24x24mm suspended with 4mm dia GI Wire fixed with steel dash fasteners carrying max load upto 8.1 Kg/Sqcm with 4mm thick designer ceiling board (Lake & Hill) all as per Everest regular T-2430 or equivalent (Make-Ramco/Charminar/Armstrong).complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Collapsible steel gates, top hung consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holclfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite tiles 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps,Jamps, Pillars, Windows, cills, platforms and like CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with marble shade of Granite over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. (ii) The unit rate is deemed to be included for rounding to edges of stone slabs.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for all as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of fencing post, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 (grade St-240) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L High strength corrosion resistant TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500 ,10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Welded steel wire fabric cut to length,bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members not excceding 4Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10mm including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment. (Fe 410 -W (Gde- E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-painted Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet, any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensured that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

(iv) The contractor shall produce purchase vouchers for each lot for verification of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, angles etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of static water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces under 10 cm girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 43 & 44 :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards.

(d) Paints shall be obtained directly from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers:- i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

M&L Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM(1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The unit rate is deemed to be included for rounding to edges of stone slabs.

S&F 15mm bore CP Florentine Pillar Cock with Extended Lever Handle screwed down high pressure screwed for iron pipe Cat Part No FLR-CHR-5031N of Jaquar or equivalent to /Parryware/Hindware/ Cera including taking existing one complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 75mm Reinforced Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) under floors and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all a specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in Plinth protection/ Path including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including M sand cushion of 50mm thick and packing the sides with PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : The manufacturer's test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation/fixing.

Taking down carefully copper/Alu point wiring (light, fan. socket or power) complete including fixtures and fitings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets , light fitting etc and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separetely) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc. all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming. (b) The rate of earthing strip upto 7.5 mtrs shall be included in the quoted rate and beyond 7.5 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately.

(c) After completion of work earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, User and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned.

(d) Earth resistance tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.

(e) After testing if desired earth resistance of less than 5 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.

S&F Galvanised Earth strip of size 25 x 6 mm fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end all as specified and as directed.
