Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition in cement concrete ground floor and paving nexc. 15 cm thickness ( below above ground floor ) and removing the same from Site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 6 here in before but except bricks . Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from srl item No. 1 shall be re-used in srl item No. 7 after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces (Water proofing compund paid separtately) finished even and fair surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound mix cement concrete/cement plaster as per manufacture instruction all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc and applying two coats weather proof paint over a Coat of approved primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Dholpur stone wall Jaffery with hammer dressed facework along with piller , laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework (with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm), straight courses, laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement 4coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1white cement 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping including taking down old plaster/grit wash complete all as speacified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.(payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Note:- Top layer of shade be of white cement using colouring pigment & stone chipping of desired colour as approved.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not other wise provided of all as direted by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for MS as in posts and struts in fencing angle including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Steel work in tubular trusses, pillars and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, size 25x25mm ,50x50mm ,75x75mm ,100x100mm and dia of wire 3 to 5 mm all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanized 2 stand Steel Barbed wire 2.00mm dia barbed with dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stsnderd rails, straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossings with and provisuion of galvanised mild steel pins, etc incl taking down of existing barbed wire as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair 950/650/450 (or any dia) mm dia concertina coil reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire incuding galvanised MS staples/ Clips for tying at crossing complete including taking down of existing concertina coil all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in coping cill, rounded or chamffered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in 0.50 mm thick pre painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrougated steel sheeting or curved of any colour having tansile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Rolled mild steel Fe-290(Gde E-165) sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation new steel surface exc 10 cm width/girth one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamal paint all as specified and directed bi Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 1mm mild steel, plain black sheet hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; waters tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required and directed.

Restriaining resecurig including making good staples or tighting of cross wire galvanised barbed wire in any dia of wire or any spacing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing angle iron from wall embadded in PCC and refixing in the same opening/position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing in same position after replaceing of damage of fencing post angle concertina coil any dia reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire incuding galvanised MS staples/Clips for tying at crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge

Dismantling of wall/ floor tile including backing coat any description or any thickness led beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigments in any colour machine preassed glazed , over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement motor 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.make nitco/arena or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 60 mm Machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strenth not less than M-35 incl 25mm thick sand cushioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path finished even smooth with broom finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coat Bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4 :8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even smooth with broom finished without using extra cement, laid in alternate bay all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 ushing 40 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternate panel for floor, path and harstanding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC(1:2:4) B-1 Wearproof topping using metallic floor hardener as per manfacutre's instruction, as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings and path, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note metallic hardender, glass strips to be measured and paid separately).

Supplied only metallic floor hardner,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 22 mm wide and 3 mm thick glass dividing strips as laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinfroced cement concrete in any description in any position (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate the demolition) and removed from MOD Land all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs ,floor slabs ,landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick horizontal or sloping, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix concrete) A-1, 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded aggregate) in slabs supported on walls,Beams, columns in floors , roofs ,landings ,balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.
