SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (B/R WORK) Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (Fibre pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board / slabs any thickness including cover fillets.

M&L for providing under deck insulation to cement concrete roof slab with EPDM rubber insulation sheet of 13mm thick and applying coat of fevicol AC Duck king ECO fresh adhesive insulation sheet joint should be sealed with self-adhensive protape (aero-flex) of 25 mm wide, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for suspended false ceiling consisting of suitable GI sections 'T' angle & Flat Iron as per standard Engineering practices with 'E' board classic ceiling boards 4mm thick in grid of 600 mm x 600 mm, including cutting holes and making good holes for main joints, suspending with 4mm dia GI wire to roof slab, roof trusses, purlins & rafters etc including applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Taking down of old unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches , ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and removing materials to store for safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring SPN/TPN of any capacity / size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLSH, multistranded cable stranded copper conductor single core in concealed PVC conduit heavy grade of 20/25 mm complete with GI box for fitting mounting switch / sockets regulators with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor earth wire and connected to earth dolly for one light/fan point controlled by one switch all as specified and directed.

S&F switch modular type 10 Amps single pole one way 240 volts.

S&F modular fan regulator step type 120 watt 2 module.

Labour only for refixing of serviceable light fitting retrieved under item No 4 , after carefully cleaning, washing rust by the use of CRC chemical and wiping dry , rendering it suitable for refixing in false ceiling and refixing the same including connecting to power source all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of LED 2 x 2 ceiling mounted min 36 W light fitting flush to ceiling complete of Make:- Halonix CAT No. HLFR 22-02-36-CW or equivalent of Havells / C&S / Philips / Bajaj.

M&L for submain wiring 2 run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor multistranded FRLSH with 6 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH earth wire in concealed PVC conduit heavy grade all as specified and directed. Note:- 2 run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of 6 sqmm wire and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit

SCHEDULE 'A' PART III (AIR CONDITIONING)

Taking down old unserviceable split type air conditioner indoor and out door complete with connected tubing and other accessories and depositing in AGE E/M MES store yard

Design, supply, install, test and commissioning of air conditiong plant working on VRF system to maintain 23 ± 2° C and RH below 70% round the clock(24x7) in all rooms mentioned in the PS at Palam by incorporating the following equipments:-

OUTDOOR UNITS :- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of VRV/VRF Condension Units Supplying ,Installation ,Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor VRF/VRV units in modular design complete with 100% inverter Hermatically Sealed Scroll compresssor (Note: compressors must be of the same Manufacturer as the Outdoor unit) with variant refrigerant temprature (VRT) from 6 degree celcius to 11 degree celcius for higher energy efficiency suitable for cooling and heating operations with air cooled condenser with low noise fan having inter-connected control wiring , refrigerant piping with standard accessories, powder coated of following capacities duly charged with R410A refrigerant complete with all accessories. Each VRV / VRF unit must have minimum two number scroll compressor for higher capacity module (from 16 HP ODU onwards) and out of two number Compressors all shall be inverter Scroll Compressor (With inverter controller) and capable of changing the rotating speed to follow variations in cooling loads. ODU must Deliver COP of 5 at 50% Load at ARI Condition. Outdoor unit shall be suitable to operate in an ambient temperature range of -5 Deg C to minimum 49 Deg C in cooling mode and -20 Deg C to minimum15.5 Deg C in Heating mode.

GROUND FLOOR :- 44 HP TOP Flow in combination of units recommended by manufacturer for both cool and heat operation

FIRST FLOOR :- 60 HP Top Flow in combination of units recommended by manufacturer for both cool and heat operation

Note:- The above units will be working 2 Nos at a time and all the 3 units shall be sequenced to run in 8 hrs cycle 2 working at atime and one standby in each floor

INDOOR UNITS :- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of variable refrigerant flow modular type indoor units comprising of all accessories as per specification. The indoor unit casatte/ Hi wall type with evaporator coil, fan with motor, drain pump, refrigeration controls like electronic expansion valve, multi speed motor as per manufacturer design and shall be suitable for to work on cooling as well as heating mode. The indoor units shall be suitable for operation on 230+/-10V, single phase, 50Hz AC power supply and shall have individual cordless remote controller of the following minimum capacities.Indoor unit must have inbuilt force shut adaptor to automatically swith off the unit when connected with Fire alarm.

Ceiling mounted cassette round flow type with 1.28 TR(1.6HP) suitable for cooling and heating as per manufacturer with minimum 600 CFM

Ceiling mounted cassette round flow type with 1.6 TR(2HP) suitable for cooling and heating as per manufacturer with minimum 812 CFM

Ceiling mounted cassette round flow type with 2.5 TR(3.2HP) suitable for cooling and heating as per manufacturer with minimum 865 CFM

Ceiling mounted cassette round flow type with 3.1 TR(4HP) suitable for cooling and heating as per manufacturer with minimum 1183CFM

Hi wall mounted units with 2 TR(2.5 HP) cooling and heating as per manufacturer with minimum 671 CFM

Notes:- a) The above units shall be connected in three circuits in each room and 2 circuits work at a time and the third circuit will be stand by. The sequencing of operation shall be done for operation of a circuit in 8 hr cycle through central sequencing unit in each floor. the sequencing I touch controller will be measured and paid seperatly.

c) Complete scheme including the single line diagram (SLD) of all power cables , panels drawings for approval from panel manufacturers , complete layout of cooling / heating circuit showing each room and sizing/layout of copper piping, control wiring shall be submitted for approval before execution.

S&F of dehumidifiers, floor standing with ABS engg plastic body having extraction capacity of 50lts/day at 30°C and 80%RH working on refrigeration priciple with rotary compressor, Single phase, 220V, and R410a Refrigerent, with air flow not less than 310 cum/hr covering the area of 5000cuft, having tank capacity not less than 8lts with digital display,programmable timer, humidity setting and display complete

S&F of suitable size piping as per manufacture design for VRF Refrigerant Piping using copper along with 19mm thick nitrile rubber insulation O class for suction & Discharge line with support under copper pipe With Sutaible clamp.

S&F of Refrigerant joints/ Y joints as per standard of manufacturer for connections.

Note for item 17 & 18 above:- a) The rate quoted for these items are deemed to include for all sizes of copper pipes, fittings and joints as per the design based on manufacturer standards and specification. Detail layout showing the various sizes of pipes along with working out calculation shall be submitted for approval before execution.

b) The pipes will be mesured and paid in length irrespective of their sizes. No extra payment is admissible for vary in sizes.

Manning and operation of VRV AC plant at 16 BRD Round the clock (24 Hrs) on all the days in three shifts of 8 Hrs each with one skilled operator per shift complete to operate the plant, dehumidifiers, take the readings of tempreture & humidity, cleaning of filters as and when required in respect of the following equipment from the date of completion of all Phase-II tests of AC plant all as specified and directed:-

I) OUT DOOR UNITS

a) VRV aircooled condensing units with hermetically sealed scroll compressors 44 HP capacity - 3 Nos (Ground floor)

b) VRV aircooled condensing units with hermetically sealed scroll comressors 60 HP capacity - 3 Nos (First floor)

a) Ceiling mounted cassette round flow type , 1.6 HP - 18 Nos

Comrehensive maintenance of VRV AC plant at 16 BRD as per manufacturers recommendations from the date of completion of defect liability period of AC plant and attending repair / replacements of the equipment mentioned below in reasonable time so as to ensure the plant runs round the clock. The rates cover for the repair / replacement cost of entire equipment of AC plant as given below:-
