Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including necessary excavation making drainage opening wherever required complete.

S & F one 3-seater outdoor garden bench matching the design and quality of the reference picture.The bench must have a heavy-duty cast iron frame with rust resistant coating and seat/back support made using a minimum of 8 FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) wooden finish strip suitable for outdoor use. M & L for precast concrete footpath block having 40 mm thickness which is made of high performance fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) of M35 + grade confirming to IS456, shapes shall be irregular likely to be oval with minimum curvature radius of 3 inches,overall size shall vary between 15” x 15” to 24”x 24” as per Engineer Incharge. Concrete mix shall be dense with surface voids <5%.composite fibres >1% by weight of cement to be used. Gaps between stones to be filled with PCC (1:2:4) mix embedded with white marble chips. Blocks cured under controlled factory conditions through steam curing ,all manufacturing process must comply with BIS,JIS and ISO 9001 standards ,the curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. (i) Minimum 12-15 design variations per lot with interconnecting curvature geometry for smooth installation, stone to be cast uniformly in custom made rubber moulds, specially designed to suit 1m wide footpath layout, with rough rock-textured finish and surface texture variation. (ii) Concrete mix shall be dense with surface voids < 5% vertical vibration technique to be applied for uniform compaction. Composite fibres and curing compounds> 1% by weight of cement to be used. (iv) Precast concrete rock stone to be laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and Gaps between stones to be filled with PCC (1:2:4) mix embedded with pebble stone.
