The luminaire should comply with all the required IEC and IS standards. LM79 and LM80 reports must be submitted from a NABL accredited laboratory. Luminaire and driver must have BIS certificate and the same must be submitted for records. For Proper Aiming luminaire should have provision for mounting of laser aiming device. (Approved LED makes – Osram, Cree, Nichia, Lumileds and approved driver make - Meanwell, Inventronics, ATCO Electronics, Moso or same make as of luminaries) Sports Light fitting approved makes: Phillips / Lightning Technology/BAJAJ/Wipro/NERI/Transrail Note1: The illumination design (dialux report and design parameters) is to be vetted by institutions like NIT or Engineer in-charge. The illumination level given below are minimum. If the agencies design vetted by the above institutions are superior in design, then same shall be adopted for which nothing extra shall be paid. Note2: The agency should obtain and submit to department 5 years onsite warranty for luminaries from manufacturers.
