Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m width and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for taking out cable and cable cover and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point

Material & Labour for sand cushioning to PVC/XLPE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Material and labour for sand stone slab (patti roughly hammer dressed stone 25 to 40 mm thick 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 30 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjustment slab not exceeding to 10 mm over underground cables for protection

Supply & Laying and testing electric under ground LT cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 50 sqmm 3.5/4 core in trenches, ducts, pipe on walls, poles all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : Polycab/ Havells/ KEI)

Repairing only U/S APFC Panel internal wiring with PVC insulated, solid copper condutor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 2.5 sqmm auto power fector improvement capacitor panel having aggregate capacity 30 KVAR in 6 stage with micro processor based control, factory made indoor type, floor mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, complete testing and commissioning all as specified & directed including the following components replaement by new one.

Power factor corrector relay 6 stage Microprocessor based, moduler type, intelligent APFC relay capable of having self adjustment to any capacitor value suitable to maintain power factor between 0.95 to 0.99 with digital indication of power factor, preset parameters and having in built capability of indication and elimination of defective capacitor steps. -01 No

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made, floor mounted outdoor type LT panel board, cubicle type, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, CPRI approved manufactures having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar four wire system, colour coded for each phase with R, Y & B as applicable of rating as per under for phase and neutral, insulated on epoxy type insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-54 class protection and made 3.00 mm of outer body and inner body 2.00 mm thick CRCA MS sheet, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, both side opening type, including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm) including grouting of panel 30 cm above ground level by providing 60 cm long angle iron frame of size 40x40x5mm, welded on all the four corners, embedded in pcc 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm complete all as specified and directed including the following accessories:-

Material & Labour for renewal of plate earthing for LT panel with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 40 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts & washer and also including providing watering pipe of 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work , etc.complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

Taking down old Unsv bus bars, and Supply and install, testing and commissioning of Bus bar chamber of size 60 cm x 60cm x 40 cm outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. the panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories

(i) Copper bus bar cap 250 Amp-04

(iv) RYB neon indicating lamp set of three- 01

Notes: (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel (iii) Danger notice plate (02 Nos) LT size 20cmx 15cm shall be fixed on the panel (iv) Contractor provided power coated finish paint on panel.

Supply & fixing in replacement of unsv LT panel door of both left & right side as existing size with MS hinges medium weight of 75mm long fix to panel including suitable nut, bolt & washer /welding and Painting of LT panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete exc 5 sqm n exec 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out panel door with old broken hinges and supply and fix with new MS hinges medium weight of 75mm long fix to panel & panel door with suitable nut & bolt /welding and Painting of LT panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete exc 5 sqm n. exec 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 630 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 630 Amps, 415 Volts TPN, 50 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand/ Havells/ Stranded/ ABB).

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 400 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 400 Amps, 415 Volts TPN, 36 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand/ Havells/ Stranded/ ABB).

Material & Labour for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces of LT Panel cross arms, clamps, steel poles, pipes etc of any shape and size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each Job consists of 3 sqmtr area of above given any material.
