The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement. (arrangement of grouting material by firm).

Construction of new 11/0.4 kV, 100/250/400 KVA Transformer plinth of size 4x4x5 ft. above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer.
Erection/Installation of 25 KVA Distribution Transformer on the newly erected double pole structure with fitting of all accessories, earthing & all connections both ends by suitable size cable, including the work of safe cartage of T/F, related accessories, cable etc.
Erection/Installation of 63 KVA Distribution Transformer on the existing/newly erected double pole structure with fitting of all accessories, earthing & all connections both ends by suitable size cable, including the work of safe cartage of T/F, related accessories, cable etc.
