Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick Work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size (8 ¾ x 4 3/8 x 2 3/4) including cost & conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement

Supplying and erecting of centering of RCC items including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete. (column)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate) The binding wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering in CM 1:5 mix, 12mm thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from approved quarry sources and labour charges etc. complete.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab in the proportion of 32:12.5 and finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Finishing the top roof with one course machine pressed tiles (page 70,89 std data book) of size 20x20x2 cm in 1:3 12mm thick

Paving floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 600x600x7mm including fixing with cement mortar1 :2 ncluding cost and conveyance of all materials and cement to site including all labour charges for mixing, laying , and curring with all leads of water and all other incidential charges etc complete.10 SQM

White washing with two coats of approved colour and quality over one coat of white cement primer including cleaning and preparing the wall surface and brushes, sand paper, scaffolding charges

Distembering with two coats of approved colour and quality over one coat of white cement primer including cleaning and preparing the wall surface and brushes, sand paper, scaffolding charges

Exterior Emulson with two coats of approved colour and quality over one coat of white cement primer including cleaning and preparing the wall surface and brushes, sand paper, scaffolding charges

Painting two coats over new wood works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains SD 65
