Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work/stone wall or concrete surfaces on other than fair surface of wall or in chajjas/parapet etc. finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying cement based wall care putty on external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits 2mm thick required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty. Notes : (i) After completion of the wall putty work and preparation of the surface, the contractor shall inform GE and Engr-in-charge for site inspection before commencing any further finishing work. Further finishing works shall be carried out only after approval of the prepared surface by GE and Engr-in -charge ,duly recorded through a site order.

M&L for preparation of existing surfaces and applying 02 coat of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any existing shade, @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coats by using fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of 3300psi and up to required height and using proper scaffolding arrangements etc. to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc. surfaces by using following brands of emulsion complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (Apex) / Berger (WEATHER COAT) / Nerolac (Excel) .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander having mechanical vaccume mechanism having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having Dia 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint, etc. by skilled labour or any type/description of walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of 3300psi and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coat up to required height and using proper scaffolding arrangements etc. to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc. surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 Sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion over and including 2mm thick all weather wall care putty by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat or as recommended by the manufacturer of cement based paint by using following brands of cement based paint using brush or roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Cement Paint : Acro Paints (Super Acrocem) or equivalent as approved by AO
