Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and leads upto 4000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, spreading , gradding to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1150m as per Technical Specification of Clause 303.1.By Mechanical Means : Private Land.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density (with an initial lead of 5.0 km). By Manual Means. Grading- III. Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg). Vide Annexure-3.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder@ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Planting of Trees by the road side(Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes,1m deep dug in the ground,mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure,planting the saplings,backfilling the renches,watering,fixing the tree guard and maintaining the plants for one year.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorised glass beads @250gms per sqm area,thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 and consisting of profile marking,Vebra line marking and rain line maring or as directed by the departments. The finished surface to be level,uniform and free streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSRT & H specifications.

Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701
