Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheeting in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position as in unframed or framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, etc. conforming to Fe-290-W (Gde - E-165) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof bent to a curve of any radius as directed by GE fixed with self tapping screws including side end lap as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick designer ceiling board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, laid over and including hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 1200 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug or hanged with existing truss members. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall flush fittings of 1200 mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600 mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm modules to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per insturctions including dismantling of existing board etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item No. 10 above but except stone. NOTE: Old stone retrieved from demolition shall be used.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20 mm for lime or sand stone and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick masonry surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of stone masonry wall, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry wall surface, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty 1.5mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any and any position not otherwise specifically provide for etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as inlevelling course, roof padding, benching, coping, kerbs of mud stops rounded or hamfered on edgesincluding formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, non approachable/ non accessible, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface. (d) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm & minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric, APP membrane shall laid acorss the slop from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (e) Over the APP membrane, apply a coat of semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltr capacity, setting aside or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re- fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc including replacement of all fittings i.e PVC float valve, tank nipple etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re- fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc including replacement of all fittings i.e PVC float valve, tank nipple etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal ,complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking up or down GI steel tubing 20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal ,complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 15 mm bore galvanized iron GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tee, elbow, union, nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 20 mm bore galvanized iron GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tee, elbow, union, nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors ,complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 15mm bore GI tubing including all fittings such as bends, socket, tee, elbow, union, nipple, short pieces etc and connection in new or old position (in wall, ceiling, floors etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 20mm bore GI tubing including all fittings such as bends, socket, tee, elbow, union, nipple, short pieces etc and connection in new or old position (in wall, ceiling, floors etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked) with float valve plastic screwable, double layered, (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow pipe, nipple etc, complete all as specifed in SSR Part-I and directed. Note : The water tank shall have embossed ISI marked with IS No and weight of water tank shall be as per IS standards.

S&F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints , laid in trenches or in floor after dismantling of old unserviceble PVC pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for gun metal / glove or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both end for iron pipes of 15 mm internal bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for gun metal / glove or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both end for iron pipes of 20 mm internal bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above the ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in slope 1:12 from outer edge of the wall, finished even and fair, laid in alternate bays including providing 6mm wide joints throughtout thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between walling and plinth protection, joints filled mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bituminous 85/25 and 3 parts of sand (all by weight), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provide for etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC work (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof projection, chajjas and fin facial etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to chajja, roof projection and fin facial etc for rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
