Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming (Quarry).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand (Flush Point).

Providing and fixing of fine chisel dressed devri stone in pillars in 1:3 not less than 6’ and not more than 8’ including pointing and carriages upto site of work complete job.

Providing and fixing of fine chisel dressed ornamental devri cornice upto 100mm thick and 225m wide including carriage etc. complete job.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections in ornamental grills work including fixing of hold fast. Complete job.

Providing and fixing stainless steel railing made of hollow tubes, top rail railing made of hollow tubes, top rail 2” and four rows of horizontal runners ¾” dia and balusters at a distance of 27”c/c inclusive of master balusters including fixing to the base concrete with necessary stainless steel bolts / rowel plugs etc. and to be grinded polished plugs etc. and to be grinded / polished properly at joints / curvetures etc. including carriages upto actual site of work and necessary T&P required for completion of the job.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50Mtrs and lift upto 1.5m.

Marble work gang saw cut (polished and machine cut) for wall lining (Veneer work) in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 White cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment to match the marble shade: (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, which shall be paid for separately) Raj Nagar plain white marble / udhaypuri green marble / zebra black marble (Area of slab upto 0.5Sqm) 18mm thick.

(Rectro reflective signages of super engineering grade with fancy type metal starchion of structural steel frame and all installation charges complete in all respects.

Supply and Providing/fixing of conical type ornaments gate lamp holder outdoor type with its frame brackets as approved by Engineer incharge including 20WLED bulbs of Phillips/levels preferred make with all sorts of fixtures. Wiring conduits required for completion of job.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On W.B.M @0.75kg/Sqm.

Providing / laying of 25mm thick semidense bituminous concrete using material aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specification with 5% binder material by weight of total mix, bitumen of grade 80/[email protected]/Kgs/Sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8-10 ton capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction / density (with bitumen 80/100) including rolling and finishing complete. (This includes cost and carriage of tar and allied materials involves complete).

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180micron sieve) with bitumen using 128Kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60cum of fine aggregate per 100Sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete.

Providing and fixing convex type reflective mirror used for negotiating safe curves dia not less than 450mm including all carriages upto site of work complete job.
