Taking down old Aluminum door/window shutters with frames including floor spring of shutter size exc.1.5 sqm but not exc. 4.00 sqm each all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm with stainless steel wire staples complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS powder coated 20 mm dia curtain rod including wooden polished brackets and wooden polished end knobs fixed with plugs & screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for second class hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S & F for factory made pressed steel frames for doors size of frame 105X60 mm with one or more rebates including necessarry fixing lungs , hinges, lock strike plates etc. complete all as specified

S & F for factory made pressed steel frames for doors size of frame 125X60 mm with one or more rebates including necessarry fixing lungs , hinges,lock strike plates etc. complete all as specified

S&F second calss hard wood factory made 35mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers supplied and fitted to chowkats complete including all fixtures and fittings as per standered Engineering practice like MS Butt hinges 100 mm, alumunium sliding door bolt 300 mm , aluminium handle 150 mm , alumunium door stopper 150 mm and tower bolt 150 mm etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge . Note:Prior approval on Make and size of the fittings and fixtures to be obtained from Engieer-in-charge before execution of the work.

S&F for second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutter 35mm thick, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive gauge etc, sash bars, mitred and rebated, with edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads including securing steel wire guage etc, sizes of stiles, rails etc as specified in section 8, clause 8.24 (a) of SSR part-I(2009) and directed and complete, including stainless steel wire mesh guage 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm , all fixtures and fittings as per Standered Engineering practice like alumunium sliding door bolt 300 mm, aluminium handle 150 mm, alumunium door stopper 150 mm, alumunium tower bolt 150 mm etc all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge . S&F factory made Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply and fixing in opening as per the specification and drawing

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with hit moulded plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the tiles and rail with suitable PVC sheet bedding and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specificaton & drawing including all fixtures and fittings as per standered Engineering practice like stainless steel Butt hinges 100 mm, aluminium handle 150 mm , tower bolt 150 mm etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge . S&F in repair 18/19 mm thick block board of commercial quality Gde-2 fixed with screws as in cup board shutters & shelves and pelmet boxes etc all as directed.

M&L in repair 25 mm Prelaminated particle board, interior grade,prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination,fixed with screws to timber frame work fixed with screw to timber frame work including connected fillets with complete all as spcified. (The frame work will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing hold fast ,filling in chowkhts etc.complete all specified

S&F contineous (piano) hinges, mild steel bright finish of 40 mm width of flaps(when open) complete all as specified.

S&F for second class hard wood plain fillets exc 13 sqcm and 25 Sqm sectional area, square, rectangular or tringular in section, wrought fixed with nails including necessarynecessary treatment with wooden primer and two coats of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F for anodised aluminium powder coated frame for door, windows, ventilators, partition wall with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for anodised aluminium powder coated (powder coating of min thickness 50 micron ) door shutter, aluminium section wt 0.55 Kg/m including neccesary joining cleats, glazing clips,rubber neoprene packing, alumunium handle and tower bolt 150 mm (2 nos) in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screw , Hydraulic door closer etc. complete including fixing of 5.00 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality fixed to frame all as specified.

S&F for Powder coated (powder coating of min thickness 50 micron ) aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, alumunium handle and tower bolt 100 mm ( 2 nos) in each shutter, alumunium hinges etc.including fixing of 5 mm thick Sheet glass and making good of damaged surfaces with cement plaster.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified.

S&F for aluminium powder coated three track sliding window with mosquito net two track for glass leaf sliding and one track for mesh leaf sliding outer frame weighing 0.699 Kg/m,75x26 mm size equvalent Jindal model 20671, shutter plain of size 37.5x15mm weighing 0.366 Kg/m, Section No 20690 Jindal), with powder coating of min thickness 50 micron with one or more rebates, sliding type without sash bars, 5mm thickness double tampered clear glass , rubber packing, snap beading screws,with horizontal sliding type with stainless steel mesh, frame, powder coated aluminium grill type AL 925 or equvalent grill, cutting in suitable size and fitting with screws and suitable beedings to aluminum window frame complete etc. complete all as specified. Notes for item No 1 to 25 : (a) The contractor shall remove debris /retrieved material of bldg from site to outsite MoD land. The Qtr shall be neat and tidy after satisfactory maint in all respect faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 2000/- per Qtr shall be made from the contractor's due. (b) The Qtr in which maint to be carried out shall be completed within 10 days after handing over said Qtrs to contractor faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 500/- per day for delay shall be made from the contractor's due.. (c) The tint or spot of paint, distemper, white wash etc. on furniture articles and similar items shall be clened in all respect faling which a panel recovery at rate of Rs 500/- per day shall be made from the contractor's due. (d) The contractor shall submit daily report of manpower, material and T&P deployed at site to Engr-in-charge as per CPM chart approved by GE. The quoted rates shall deemed to be included in the items mentioned above and nothing extra shall be paid on account of above provisions.
