PROVN OF CHAIN LINK FENCE AND ALLIED WORKS FOR STN KSP OF XXXX AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE (I) ZAKHAMA

Excavation in post holes in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 CUM, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron post & strut etc. in fencing including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165 completed all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and diameter of shank 5 to 10mm completed all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel round or square bars 10mm dia and over for straining in available length, cut to length, bent to shape required Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel, Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality - A,for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing wire mesh of size 100x100mm, made with 4 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unit weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by AGE (I). The same shall be submit before payment of RAR.

Fixing only chain link fencing wire mesh of size100x100mm, made with 4 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanized two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to RCC / steel post etc., including securing or tying at crossing with and providing of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., (each line of wire to be measured separately) including dismantling of old barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
