Glazed ceramic tiles coloured in vertical surfaces of size 450x350x7mm thick , jointing in neat cement slurry and pointing in colour cement to match including incl 10mm thick in plaster, cement and sand mortar 1:4 finish even and rough all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixure of pigment to match with shade of granite incl 15mm thick screed of CM 1:4 after applying cement slurry@3 kg/sqm of cement per sqm all as specifie as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Roof treatment :- (a) Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces. (b) After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of surfaces. (c) Provide APP modified polymeric five layed membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density film. Minimum width of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be 3 Kg per Sqm. Product Name Multi p[lus manufactured by M/S STP texa Ltd Gurgoan/Hyper Plus Standard Manufactured by IWL India ltd Chennai, Bengal Acquaflux manufactured by Bengal bitumen New Delhi/Superior plus 310 by STP Lfd and any other product as appproved by E-in-C Br will be used. APP membranne will be laid across the slop from lowest line of slopping roof toward ridge with minimum end lap of 150mm and side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown. (d) Over the APP membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen penetration of bitumen when tested as perIS 1203 will not be more than 40/Confiming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm dusted over the bvitumen coat. (e) Coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall around opening and treatment mentioned above (except fine sand) shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in CM 1:6. Note:-Water proof compound rate is not paid seperatly.)

Sunken Floor treatment :- Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acralic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as approved including demolation and filling of sunken floor. (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement Q 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.125 Kg/ Sqm his layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. Note Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP comounds as manufacturdrs instructions before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab /dampeness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested ( Water proof compound should not paid seperately.

Fixing 10mm dia PVC nozzles and injection grouting using Dr Fix IT URP 301 of M/s Pidilite Industries or equivlent as in sunken floor/ceiling incl making good/cleaning exposed surface to the satification of Engr-in-Charge complete all as per manufacturer's instrutions. Note : Nos and loc shall be as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc 500 litres but n.exc 1000 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately).

M & L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from 500 ltrs water tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc.
