Excavation in trenches manually not use a JCB not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation laying of cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil, completed all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches / ducts for protection of UG cables( below, above and around the UG cable laid) of 23 cm spread thickness (8 cm in depth before laying the cable aabd 15 cm in depth after laying the cable ) and cosolidated ( punned) up to 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:-For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only will be measured.

Material and labour for cable protection GI Tubing light grade fixed long the pole / under road of 80 mm bore size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Fault detectection UG Cable by using cable fault detector / locator vehicle mounted to a accuracy of 2 mtr for various location of any size up to length of 400 RM and type upto 11 KV, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE- (i) After location the fault rectification of the fault is the sole responsibility of the contractor. (ii) The cable straight through joint / end termination will be measured and paid seperately in relevant items.

Supply and fixing of 33/11Kv HT side bushes of 2 MVA transformer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 33/11Kv LT side bushes of 2 MVA transformer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of SF-6 Gas (09 Kg Gas), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Oil winding temp gauge of 2 MVA Trasformer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of coarse aggregate in 20 mm graded in layers at main sub station and applying of lime solution before lying of aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 40Kv, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for toping up of transformer oil by contractor in presence of MES staff, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs oil winding temperature gauge (double needle type) of transformer upto 400 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Aluminium strip of 50x12mm size including bending and fixing at the terinals of transformer LT side where ever directed for connection the outgoing cabled lugs of diff sizes, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and replacement of current Transformer moulded in epoxy compound with dual ratio 100/20/5 Amps complete connection with Auto wire 2.5sqmm including bending as existing in VCB at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for opening Dismantling transformer capacity upto 400 KVA to 02 MVA by lifting the top cover for taking out the HT / LT core and draining out the transformer oil in clean barrel including cleaning the transformer chamber body inside and outside with emery paper after that checked all the winding and other wornout parts such as HT / LT coils silcon stamping and other connected items like tap changer, breather assembly, explosion tube with diafram, connector tank, etc and complete and re-assembling the transformer LT/HT connection after proper De- hydration, reconditioning and Testing of transformer after reassembling complete on No load at wkshop and on load testing at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Job includes the cost of gasket set, LT/HT bushes, nuts , bolts, washers etc required for the complete the Job. (ii) After refixing of trnasformer, Testing of transformer will be based on partial load and full load, incl entire painting of transformer with super enamelled paint, deemed in quoted rates by contractor. (iii) Unserviceable transformer should be rewinding in workshop within a week time frame on reaching at the wrkshop, after failing a penalty will be imposing to contractor as per IAFW-2249 of contract agreements (iv) Transportation of transformer upto workshop and back to site will be complete resposbility to the contractor, and no other charges will be paid to contractor for transportation.

All as per srl item No 18 here in before but 200 KVA to 315 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of LT bushings with brass terminal, brass nuts and washers, gaskets, insulator etc suitable for 63 KVA to 315 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20.00 here-in-before but of capacity 400 KVA to 2000 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of disc type insulator porcelin vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white brown or green two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts, compltete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replcament of vertical type switch air break gang operated switch triple pole mechanicaly operating mounted on insulator and steel frame with operting mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 400 Amps and working pressure of 11000 volts grade consisting of 4 insulator per pole with 25 mm dia GI medium grade operating handle and locking arrangement fixed with down rod operating brackets, complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of Lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, suitable for 33000 volt grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of danger notice board / plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enameled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts of approved size of HT 25 X 20cm size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of drain plug of Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for De-hydration and filtration of transformer oil by using dehydration and filtration plant, heating and filtration of oil to be carried out till the di-electric strength reaches 50 KV to 55 KV withstand for one minute is achieved for any capacity of transformer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of winding of transformer / dimmer state with appropriate gauge suoerena meked copper wire for transformer 63 KVA to 750KVA, 11KV, 3 phase ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note No 01 :- with guarantee of 01 year from repairing date. Note No 02:- Rate of taking down dismantling and refixing and transportation to repair shop deemed to include in item No 18, complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of breather assembly complete with silica gel blue colour upto 2 kg weight (as per site requirement) of any make, type and capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 29.00 here-in-before but of capacity 2000 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of silica gel for (blue colour) transformer of any make, type and capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Dial type temperature gauge 0 to 1000 degree centigrade range complete suitable for any Make, Type and Capacity of transformer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for MS work as posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary Painting, drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting & taking down/out unserviceable HT XLPE Cable 11 KV of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 3 core of any description from trenches, Floors, Walls, GI Pipes, etc. segragation of Serviceable Cables, Pipes, Bricks, etc. including keep in Safe Custody for re-use and unserviceable Cable removing to and depositing at E/M STORE YARD, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Any damage/punchred into HT cable the contractor will be responsible. (ii) Before Laying meggaring the complete cable. (iii) Any damage of HT cable the contractor will be responsible. The contractor will have to supply new cable of same size and specification in liew of old cable without any extra cost.

Material and labour for replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured (Earthed), electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cable jointed shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured (Earthed), electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for replacement multi function meter LCD display type with parameters range volt, Amp, Frequency, Powerfactor, KW, KVA, KVAR, KWh, KVAh, KVARh, Runhours,On hours, Phaseangle, Interrupts, THD, Events(High-low), neutral currents with RS-485 including wiring required at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement and posting of electrical insulating mat 2.5 mm thick madeout of dilectric elastomer which process elastic properties and may be neutral or synthetic in nature should have working voltage-11 KV No tear or breakage due to Trolley movement & foot traffic resistant to acids, alkalis, solvent and transformer oil, pasteable type can be easily pasted/installed on floor water and moisture proof, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 47.00 here-in-before but 3.0mm thick for 33 KV, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for scrapping /cleaning of outer surfaces of transformer 315 KVA to 400 KVA capacity of an Make/Shape/Size completely and spray painting with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete including writing of MES No. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of cement concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone agregrade) 1:2:4 around the LT/HT Poles/BUS Bar/LT Panel/Path,15 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of Buchholz Relay for all type of Transformer including pressure guage should be sturdy construction and resistance to corrosion as per IS Specification, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for fine river sand, screened, filled on the levelled ground surfaces / ducts in substation / below 2 pole and 4 pole structure etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix oil level indicator for 250 KVA to 400 KVA Transformer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of linear type off circuit tap changer including all accessories current rating upto 100 Amp no of taps will be 05 & 07 no bridge type mounting cover including all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of rotary side base off circuit tap changer voltage capacity upto 36 KV, current rating upto 150 Amp no of taps upto 9 no of tap and as phases of connection, bridge (ring) type cover mounting, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for explosion tube for any size as per requirement for transformer upto 400 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed.
