M&L for surface excavation n.exc 15cm deep averageing in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing of dismantled material / debris etc outside MD land. starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Roughening/cleaning surfaces of roof with wire brush, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removed of debris outside MD land ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for PCC 100mm thick D- 2, 1:4:8 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 as in post holes and foundation using 20mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) in roof padding concrete, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all around at the junction of parapet and the roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW (electric run welded) or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 (Latest Revision) Grade YST-240 complete fabrication, erection all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note - Rate for Moulding of sheet , as per requirement , is to be included in quoted rate)

M & L Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc 150mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 (latest Revision) of 80mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacing for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for rendering in ceiling ,10 mm thick cement plastering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge., as

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on roof padding concrete surface for levelling course rounded or chamfered on edges, slopping mixed with water WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even & smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for 20mm thick cement plaster on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers of 15 mm+5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, each coat shall be mixed with water proofing powder @ 3% of cement or as per manufacturers instuction including finished surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl taking down old plaster at any position and height incl scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- (i) Water proofing compound shall be measured and Paid separately under respective item. (ii) Make for Water proofing compound shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6) , 15mm thick on fair face of brick work and finised even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L protecting the roof with water proofing coating complete as specified below and directed by Engineer in charge. (a) Wire brush the surface to remove loose particles & laitance wash with clean water. (b) Complete crack filling & reinstate damaged portion shall be filled with polymer modified mortar as recommended. (c) Allow the repair surface to cure for 24 hours, afterwards wet the surface to a SSD condition (d) Apply one coat of primer by brush and allow to dry for 4 hours (e) Apply one coat of water proofing coating over the primed surface by brush (f) On the wet primed surface, overlay a open- woven fiber glass mesh min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely (g) Immediately thereafter, apply the second coat with a roller to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh (h) Apply the 3rd coat after 6 to 8 hours, once the 2nd coat is dry. Make :- a) Crack filler : Dr. Fixit crack-X Paste / X shrinkfree, Shaliseal CPM of M/S STP Ltd or its equivalent in Pidilite as approved by GE. b) Prime Coating : Dr. Fixit Primeseal or its equivalent in STP/ Pidilite as approved by GE. c) Water Proofing Coating : Dr. Fixit Newcoat or its equivalent in Pidilite , FOSROC , Shalicry 215 of M/s STP Ltd. as approved by GE.

Preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling (of projected Cup boards) washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd. (shade to match the existing paint) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L preparation surfaces of new plastered surfaces wall/chajja and applying one coat of acrylic exterior primer and apply two coats acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) etc all as spacified & as suggested by the manufacturers at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply only integral water proofing compound powder confirming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make : Pidilite , Dr.Fixit , FOSROC , EXCOT.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean raduis and built in cement mortar (1:6), incl demolition of old brickwork built in CM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by washing down and smoothing old surface of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over layer of smooth POP/Putty finish as required pruning 3mm thick strictly as per manufacture instruction with smooth roller finish ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note : After painting , cleaning of all floors , glass & furniture and making all good by contractor's arrangement). MAKE: (a) OBD : Asian paint Tractor Uno or its equivalent in nerolac / Berger as approved by GE. (b) Putty : Berger waterproofing wall putty or Asian Trucore acralyic wall putty or Birla. (c) Primer : Asian or Berger or Nerolac.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and apply two coat of oil bound distemper on wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. MAKE : Surya Cem or Asian Paint or Nerolac.

Material & Labour for prerparation of old plastered /decorated surface by chalk whitening and applying two coats of white wash ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L Preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint with smooth roller finish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. MAKE : Asian ( Apcolite) or Narolac ( Hi- gloss) or Berger (Luxo Hi- glossl)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down CI/rain water pipes/PVC pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., including cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of 160mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall including GI clamps of approved shape and size approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of 160mm dia PVC (SWR) bends/shoes any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and removing from store of following sizes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix steel water tubing galvanised medium grade (ISI Marked) of following size, with all fitting fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor/wall/ceiling (in high rise building including scaffolding) ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for removing existing PVC tank setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs at any location on top of the building including removing existing tank disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connections and reconnecting and re-fixing in position after repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following sizes : Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for provision of temporary water connections in quarters by the contractor during work in progress to avoid inconvenience to occupants and shall be all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC tank in position at any location on top of the building including removing existing tank disconnecting all incoming and out going connections, provision of new fittings suitable up to 80mm bore GI pipe all as per existing requirements ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Dismantling wrought iron of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bet to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for M-30 (Design mix) cement concrete using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in water retaining structures, walls, slabs etc incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment with 4mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified polyester (bituminous) membrane reinforced of 4.61kg/sqm with non woven polyester mat of weight 160 gms/sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm over roof and parapet wall etc as directed (An overlap of 100mm and 150mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectively) and after fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F of granite 20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) usinng marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
