Maintenance and Payment of electrical consumption charges of street lighting on PWD North West Roads under NWED. (SH Providing Fancy Globe and LED Fixtures at Road No. 43 and Road No. 41 under NWED, Delhi)

SITC of 300 mm dia Polycarbonate Prismatic Globe / Dome high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for retrofit LED lamp base with lamp holder, duly wired for fixing on 3.5 / 04 m and various Height Fancy Light Pole against missing / damaged dome etc as reqd complete at site.

SITC of 15 Watt LED Lamp in existing 3.5/4 m and various Height Fancy Light Pole dome etc as reqd complete at site.

Supplying and Fixing of fancy pole GI Reducer on the top of existing fancy pole to suite the size of dome fitting suitable for item no. 1 and 2 made out of hot dipped glavanised sheet including nut bolt complete as required at site.

Supply and drawing following sizes of PVC insulated al. conductor unarmoured multicore cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting on existing poles on various Roads i/c providing suitable lugs connections etc. completed as reqd. a) 3 x 2.5 Sq.mm

b) 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm

Fabrication, supply and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 12 mtr. height made from 3 mm. thick HT Steel plate, having bottom dia of 225 mm. & top dia of 100 mm. complete with window with hinged cover at a height of 2.5 mtrs. from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of size 320mm X 320mm X 30mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required.i/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box provided for cable termination :- a) Supplying and fixing 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. G.I strips 4mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes - 10nos. as reqd. b) Supplying and fixing of 63 Amp terminal block suitable for 25sq.mm conductor -4 nos. & shorting links – 5nos. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. c) Supplying and fixing 6 Amp, SPMCB, ‘C’ Characteristics Curve - 2 No. Earth stud-2Nos. welded at suitable height two nos. washers, springs washers & nuts. d) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 Nos of 4x25sqmm cable. i/c pole painting.

Supplying and fixing 4 Nos. 25 mm. dia X 800 mm. long GI foundation bolt (EN8grade) with nuts, washer including 2 Nos. template of 4 mm. thick size 310 X 310 mm. with 4 Nos. 28 mm. dia holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm.(L) X 750 mm. wide and 1800 mm. deep i/c excavation of earth, providing hard cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm. dia- 1960mm long (approx)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2800mm (approx) - 10nos. (with 150mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below) and providing 90 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit as required.

Fabrication, Designing, Supplying & Fixing of Galvanized Fancy arm Bracket 1000/1500 mm long Single/double over hang/triple over hang bracket and Circular ring for semi high mast with tightening bolt etc. as per approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and Laying of XLPE, Aluminum armored conductor cable in the existing pipe as reqd i/c termination of cable with suitable size thimble at both end etc as required complete at site. a) 4 X 16 sq.mm

b) 4 X 10 Sq.mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface/in pipe / in trench for loop earthing along with the existing surface / recess conduit / submain wiring / cable as reqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

b) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Dismantling of existing 04 m height GI Fancy Pole alongwith fittings, bracket with the help of suitable equipments and as decided by engineer-in-charge from various locations in Central Verge and footpath with using proper engineering & safety tools and with the help of Hydra and tower wagon & Heavy labour etc as required complete at site.

Relocating and Eraction of existing 04 m height GI Fancy Pole alongwith fittings, bracket and making new foundation with the help of suitable equipments and as decided by engineer-in-charge. Installed at various locations in Central Verge and footpath with using proper engineering & safety tools and with the help of Hydra and tower wagon & Heavy labour etc including transpotation of pole from other site till further erection of pole of same site, including proper alignment of pole i/c connection of G.I earth wire with pole and termination of cable in pole window & installation of existing foundation etc as required complete at site.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Street light LED fixture, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium body with built in or separate driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 0C to 50 0C, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P. F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI-EMC as per CISPR-15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED,Driver & electrical circuitary) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. Supplying Installation Testing & Commissioning of 18 m long Tri Colour (National Flag Colour) LED Strip without joint tri colour - One Strip and come with 6 watt per meter on existing street light poles, integrated driver, thermal tape of high thermal convection factor, IP65, beam angle of 120°, strip Lumen shall be minimum 10800 lumens keeping LED efficiency -100 lumen/watt minimum. THD shall not exceed 10%. etc LED make Nichia / Osram / Cree, driver should be same make including connection from MCB by making opening / holes in poles at suitable height for cable entry and re-fixing the opening by proper means not entering the water etc as required complete at site.
