REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANK, MANHOLE AT VAYUSENABAD, AF STN TUGHLAKABAD UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Cleaning of blocked CI, SGSW pipe of 100 mm bore from gully trap/WC to first manhole by rodding/choke remover manually as in foul condition after taking off the manhole cover and placing the manhole cover (Old) in position including sealing around manhole cover where required (i) The complaint has to be rectified within 08 hrs as given in complaint register, failing which penalty will be imposed @ Rs.100/- per complaint per day.

Cleaning of sewage lines of 150 mm dia and above including manholes by using chassis-mounted diesel-driven, hydraulically operated high-pressure suction-cum-jetting sewer cleaning machine (KAMBI-10 LCHB or equivalent) fitted with standard pumps having minimum 3000 litres suction capacity, operated by skilled operator with supervisor/engineer, for cleaning/partial desilting of manholes and sewer lines in accordance with IS 11972:1987, including complete cleaning of site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge; jetting of sewer lines shall be carried out by high-pressure system of minimum 2200 PSI, water required for cleaning shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost, and the work shall be executed on ‘as and when required’ basis for required lengths at various locations.

M&L for dewatering/cleaning of liquid or low-density sludge including foul water/waste water from inspection chambers, pits, manholes (not exceeding 1.50 m depth), soakage wells and sumps by using water-suction hydraulic pressure machine or pumping out as required, including removal of light silt, loose deposits and residue of both organic and inorganic nature, not requiring extensive manual scraping or repeated operations, in any position and at any depth, including minor manual cleaning by labour wherever required to remove residual deposits, measured and paid per unit cleaned.

M&L for dewatering/de-sludging/pumping out of liquid or semi-solid waste including foul water/waste water from inspection chambers, pits, manholes (exceeding 1.50 m depth), soakage wells, sumps and grease traps (including mess grease traps irrespective of depth) by using water-suction hydraulic pressure machine and manual/mechanical means, including removal and thorough cleaning of heavy sludge, grease deposits, thick/semi-solid waste, silt and residue of both organic and inorganic nature, requiring repeated pumping, scraping and handling, in any position and at any depth, including manual cleaning by labour wherever required to remove residual deposits, measured and paid per unit cleaned.

Removing floor/Nahani trap cover, cleaning the trap by removing greasy substances, sludge etc with or without use of chock remover manually ensuring free flow of waste water, fixing of new PVC trap cover using neat cement paste complete all as specified

Cleaning of the existing drain pipes of 150mm internal dia up to 1.50 mtr depth by roding manually as required at site from manhole and well flushing after cleaning including getting out the sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes, deposited in lines including removing the solids and sludge to outside defence land by covered transport and cutting the bushes around the manholes and on the route of the sewer line upto 1 metre width complete all as specified.

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but for 200mm dia and depth from 1.5 to 3.00 mtr depth including cutting bushes around the manholes and on the route of sewer line upto 1 metre width complete all as specified

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified NOTE: Demolished material to be removed outside MD land

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 by using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring mixed with WPC as recommended by manufacturer including finishing the concrete surface smooth & even using extra cement complete all as specified
