15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of for interior plastering upto floor two level includ-ing floor two level including brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand).

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.(iv) Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

6mm Cement plaster to ceiling In Cement Mortar 1:4(1 Cement: 4Sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint ofapproved brand and manufactureand of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size)
