Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 including machinery etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. (The payment shall be made for the consolidated quantity of one cubic meter based on levels.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the material (0.396 Cu.m of 45-22.4mm metal, 0.528 Cu.m of 22.4 - 2.36mm metal, 0.396 Cu.m of 2.36 mm size & below) with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix Plant Carriage and transporting the mixed water by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compating with vibratory roller 8 to 10 tonne to achieve the desired density including cost of materials, labour charges, rental for machineries, fuel and other incidential charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5. p.40)

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24m3 of 26.50-13.20mm,0.25cum of 13.2 mm - 2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36 mm & below and with 53.20 Kgs of VG30/VG40 for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all material to CMP heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix of uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by Vibratory/Pneumatic roller to the required density etc. including labour for attending to paver at site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finishers, Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5. (P.46)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 -9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50 -2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature incentral hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mixing by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site site, including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Prime coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 Sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5.

Rough stone dry packing over the slope of the embankment in order to stabilize the slope units good quality of rough stone including labour charges for aligning, laying in position etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and sub-soils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 150mm thick well consolidated, depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects. Filling in foundation and basement with filling M-sand in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying filling m-sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of M-sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etccomplete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one of cement, two of M-sand and four of hard broken stone) using 20mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work such as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including strutting and shuttering wherever required using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. For Grade Beam, Plinth beams,Column Footings etc..,

Providing and laying in position READY MIX CONCRETE M25 grade using ordinary Portland cement with a minimum cement content by 370 kg / m³ with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 including the use of plasticizer of approved make and dosage of required grade, laying in position at all locations and levels using 20mm size and downgraded ISS HBG aggregates in all types of works including hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required location, machine vibrating, pumping, curing providing fixtures like fan clamps etc., as specified charges for conveyance of RMC from plant to the site or all as required excluding cost of reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shuttering, mix design details to get approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system by the departmental officers etc., complete as per IS 4926– 1976/1990. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, RMC M-20 Grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, entering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement Fe 500D Grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 786:1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Providing Filter media behind abutments and wings to 600 mm thick using clean graded materials of 53mm to 5.60mm and well compacted in layers with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC seepage pipes of required length for abutment and wing , retaining wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site , cost and labour for semi spherical back fil arrangements with 100mm size broken granite stones at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc complete to drain the back fil as per standard specification - 1 No.
