Laying C.C 1:1:2 with cement, coarse sand and 6.7 to 11.2 mm stone grit including laying, curing, mixing with machine and all cost of material, laour T&P etc. complete.

Laying C.C. 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and 11.2 to 19 mm size stone grit including laying, curing, mixing with machine and all cost of material labour T&P etc. complete.

Laying C.C 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and 22.4-53 mm stone grit including laying, curing, ramming and all cost of material, labour T&P etc. complete.

Cement pointing (raised) in 1:2 cement, coarse sand mortar includng all cost of material, labour, T&P etc complete

Earth work in filling by transported earth in all type of soil including cartage transportation, all cost of matrial, labour, T&P, leveling, dressing, compaction and making profile etc. Complete

Supplying and laying filled empty cement bag with earth or sand sewing with sutli and placing in position with all lead and lift including stiching, all cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in- charge.

Supplying and spreading moorum on top of service road with all lead and lift including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc

Finishing wall with textured exterior paint of required shade new work (two or morecoats applied @ 3.28 1/10 sqm) over and including primer coats of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm.

Cement plaster 12.5mm thick in 1:3 with cement sand mortar over stone masonary including all cost of material, labour T&P etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of all fitting framed door, window shutter of teak wood 30-40 mm thick including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing and installation of solar offgrid power plant of 8 kilo watt with litheum battry including installation and commissioning with five year maintenance etc. complete

Wet percussion drilling 35 to 75 mm dia holes in open space for grouting or anchor etc, vertical or at specified inclination in masonary or rock including flushing/washing of holes upto 30 minutes and grouting holes 35mm to 50mm dia with cement grout mix at required pressure including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for anchoring bar with 20mm dia in 1m deep and 1m outer and temperature reinforcement 8mm dia 1000mm c/c including all cost of material, labour, T&P, cutting, binding, placing etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer in charge.

Dismentaling C.C including disposal of refuse as directed by engineer in charge within 60 m distance and all cost of labour, T&P etc. complete.

Grounting stone boulder pitching in 1:4 with cement and course sand including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Centring & shuttering for C.C work including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Dismantaling R.C.R masonary including disposal of refuse as directed by engineer in charge within 60 m distance and all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.
