Earth work for making service road in proper shape for construction of pucca road including all lead lift with proper dressing and mechanical compaction complete.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing well graded material specification in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desire density complete as per technical specification clause - 401

W.B.M. G-2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size (45-63 mm) to water bound macadm specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80 to 100 KN in stage to proper grade and camber MORD specification 405.2

W.B.M. G-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size (22.4-53 mm) to water bound macadm specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80 to 100 KN in stage to proper grade and camber MORD specification 405.3

Brick edging on both side of road Ist class brick 8 Cm. wide 12 Cm. deep lead with mud mortar including all material & T&P complete.

Providing and laying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (MS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg/sqm on prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.60 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in hot mix plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical specification manual MORD specification 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids of bituminous surface laid to the specified level and grade and cross fall using type C as per technical specificatio clause 510.
