Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. with 3.5% Emulsion and 1% OPC cement. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Grade-2) with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects as per directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 tonne per hour laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a Bituminous surface laid to the specified level grade and cross fall using Type B Clause 511 (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)
