Charges for Cutting the BT Surface to 5 to 7 cm depth using Milling Machine conveying the milled waste materials to atleast for 20 km distance including hire and running charges for the machine. Conveyance charges. Unloading at unobjectionable place. cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental and unforeseen items etc, complete as per the direction of the departmental officers

Advance Patch work 13.20mm Providing Advancve Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bittumen per 1m3 of Metal For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for the pre measurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregate sand mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premixcarpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for premixcarpet and seal coat seperately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premixcarpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premixcarpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat seperately over premixcarpet etc. including higher charges and fuel charges for, bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MoRTH Rev - V Specifications

Providing and laying Tack coat of 2 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 - 2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30/V bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity convyeing the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne vibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc including labour for attending to paver to site etc including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks ,paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / pneumatic roller adn all other tools and plant required including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH rev-5 Road Data 2022-23 (P - 19)

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflect rising glass beadsd on Bituminous surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 205mm thick including reflect rising glass beads @ 250gms .per sqm. area. thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streadkss dand holes etc complete

Removing the Existing Paver block M40 grade 80mm thick & 60mm thick in the the rate including Removing and Stock to the Same Site and tranporting loading unloading and Labour Charges and Other tools etc. complete as per standard specification

Re Fixing of Existing Removed Paver block M40 grade 80mm thick & 60mm thick in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification

Supplying and laying rubberized interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and levelling of 80mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658 – 2007 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skidding surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers, sweeping transporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification etc.,

Raising the existing circular man hole in heavy type including the removing the existing the man hole cover with frame and dismanting the existing the cement concrete wall and tar road surface around the manholes using 1:2:4 20mm jally for raising the existing the manhole wall and using cc 1:2:4 with 20mm chips for finishing the top surface of manhole etc complete.

Supply of the SFRC Manhole Cover Frame Set 600mm dia Heavy Duty by the Contractor with ISI Mar
