Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 using 40mm and downgraded size hard granite broken stone for all insitu levelling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and constructing 110mm thick brick work for partition/kerb walls in cement mortar 1:4 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and constructing 75mm thick brickwork in Cement Mortar 1:4 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing and constructing 115mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition for compound wall above ground level with brick on edge coping 230 X 115mm wide at bottom and 230 X 230mm pillars at junctions, corners, sides of gate and pillars at every 2.5m to 3m intervals including dismantling the existing brick work, disposing the dismantled debris with in 2 Kms lead, curing, racking out joints etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing and constructing 115mm thick brick masonry using retrieved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 for compound wall above ground level with brick on edge coping 230 X 115mm wide at bottom and 230 X 230mm pillars at junctions, corners, sides of gate and pillars at every 2.5m to 3metre intervals including dismantling the existing brick work, stacking the serviceable bricks, cleaning the mortar over bricks, disposing the dismantled debris with in 2 Kms lead, curing, racking out joints etc., all complete as per specifications.

Plastering the ceiling /exposed surfaces of concrete with CM 1:3; 6mm thick to make the surface uniform, free from undulations and imperfections including chipping the existing plastering, applying bonding agents, applying one coat of white / colour washing after finishing and disposing the dismantled debris within 2 Kms lead etc., hacking pock marking of surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing at all lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed.
