Surveying, Design, Execution and Commissioning for Water Supply Scheme of Sainthia Municipality including i) Construction of 14 No. Pump House / Switch Room ( 4.0 m x 3.6 m ) for 5 Zones 14 No. DTW works site, ii) Construction of 1 No. OHR 350 CUM capacity with minimum staging height 20 m as per approved drawing design and specification including required length of peripheral Boundary Wall and Approach Road ( C.C or B.T as applicable ) , Drain as per approve drawing design at OHR & T.Well sites , along with arrangement of chlorination with supply and delivery of Chlorine and other relevant water treatment works and iii) Sinking of 14 No. 300 x 200 size 120 m deep by Direct Rotary Rig method using UPVC Pipe with 300 mm size ERWMS / MS common Manifold of 6m length for 5 Zone as per approved drawing and design and specification ( 3 No. for Z-2 , 1 No. for Z-3 , 4 No. for Z-4 , 6 No. for Z-5 )with UPVC Strainer 200 mm dia. 30m length and Development (Min. 8 Hr. continuous of tube well by using suitable air compressor (Min. Capacity: 600CFM & operating Pressure 14 Bar) followed by Water Resistivity Test / Electro-Logging Test / Yield testing with BHT pump (Head :45 to 50mtr.,Discharge :1100 to 1000 LPM and 25 BHP engine) all complete including To & Fro Transportation cost and Cost of fuels, lubricants & Labour etc. along with arrangement of chlorination with supply and delivery of Chlorine and other relevant water treatment works, iv) installation of designed capacity , Submersible Pump Motor units for 14 No. DTW with 80 mm dia. ERWMS column pipe and required length from DTW to Common Manifold( ERWMS / MS ) for 5 Zone as per approved drawing and design and specification with design dia. and thickness for required length of ERWMS / M.S pipe for Rising Main at different zone wise location and Pump House, Switch Room with illumination works and with installation of 14 Nos. approved make & brand designed capacity pump motor (Submersible ) units as to be required , v) including existing 4 Nos. D.T.Well E&M works for Z-I incl. replacement and supply and installation of new Submersible pump with designed capacity & including existing 5 Nos. D.T.Well E&M works for Z-II & including existing 5 Nos. D.T.Well E&M works for Z-III incl. replacement and supply and installation of new Submersible pump with designed capacity for all zones existing Deep Tube Wells & CWRs E&M works, vi) including construction of Guard Room ( 6.0 m x 4.0 m x 3.5 m ht. Supply delivery, installation and testing commissioning of MCC Control panel for operating 1 No. DTWs at Z-3 Submersible pumping units and internal & external illumination works with caballing and earthing arrangement as per technical specification and direction of EIC. For receiving zone wise DTWs Raw Water and to feed OHR Zone – III and including all cost and complete and including all labour charges etc complete.

Supply delivery, installation and testing commissioning of MCC Control panel for operating 4 No. DTWs at Z-4 Submersible pumping units and internal & external illumination works with caballing and earthing arrangement as per technical specification and direction of EIC. For receiving zone wise DTWs Raw Water and to feed OHR Zone – IV and including all cost and complete and including all labour charges etc complete.

Supply delivery, installation and testing commissioning of MCC Control panel for operating 6 No. DTWs at Z-5 Submersible pumping units and internal & external illumination works with caballing and earthing arrangement as per technical specification and direction of EIC. For receiving zone wise DTWs Raw Water and to feed OHR Zone – Vand including all cost and complete and including all labour charges etc complete.

Supply delivery, installation and testing commissioning of 14 No. Submersible Pump w.r.t each DTW design capacity Yield for operating the 14 nos. DTW with 80 mm dia. ERWMS column pipe and required length from DTW to Common Manifold and from Common Manifold (300 mm size ERWMS / MS common Manifold of 6m length) to OHR with design dia. and thickness and required length of M.S pipe for Rising Main and with caballing and earthing arrangement for individual connection with the Switch Room and as per technical specification and direction of EIC. For all Zone and including all cost and complete and including all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and Installation of Submersible Pumps Motors and Replacement of old Pumps Motors from Existing 5 Zones Deep Tube Wells & CWRs with complete E&M works as per approved DPR drawing , design and specification and direction of the E.I.C incl. all cost & complete

Supply and Installation of Vertical Turbine Pumps Motors and Replacement of old Pumps Motors from Existing CWR at Z- IV with complete E&M works incl. installation of Electro-Chlorination system and as per approved drawing , design and specification and direction of the E.I.C incl. all cost & complete.

Testing, Commissioning & 3 months Trial run of the whole installation as per I.E Rules with Govt. Electrical inspector’s fees as complete in all respect and as per Bid document & as per direction of EIC including all cost and complete

Comprehensive Operation and maintenance of Electro-Mechanical works of all Zones Pump Houses, CWRs & OHRs for 5 (five) years. The work includes supplying adequate number of operator personnel and skilled Labor with a provision for necessary training to the personnel appointed by the ULB including supplying of all sundry materials and replacement of all types of damaged component etc. as per Bid document and complete in all respect as per direction of EIC and including all cost and complete. N.B:- This item will be executed after three (3) months trial run.
