Note:- Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/wooden components of various MES furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,welding, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level the surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever required after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Top shall be 18 mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board one side laminated in light Wallnut shade or as approved by BSO/GE, duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive(Fevicol SH). Make of particle board : Century/Archid /Green/Actiontesa. All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE(Central) including BSO's Furniture Yard at BMC, and office hours only as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note applicable for item Srl No : 1.01 to 20.06).

Lock as per existing pattern and shape. Make-Harrison,Godrej

CP Handle as approved by BSO/GE irrespective of what is shown on drg.

Bed hard : FD/E6/MAP/08(R) :- Taking out existing broken plywood from the bed hard by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed to bed hard frame with new GI Nut, bolts. Make of plywood - Greenply/Century Ply/Archidply

Taking out existing broken head board form bed hard and fixing new head board with 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board both side laminated in light walnut shade or shade as approved by BSO/GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws.

Taking out existing broken foot board form bed hard and fixing new foot board with 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board both side laminated in light walnut shade or shade as approved by BSO/GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws.

Repair of steel parts on bed hard, Including remove dents, welding, Making surface smooth with grinding ,Damage parts shall be replaced.

Replacement of new arms with polyurethane reinforced with MS insert arms as shown on drgs /existing in chair.

Removing the old torn/damaged tapestry cloth/rexine from the seat of the chair and providing the same with tapestry/rexine over a layer of foam(75mm thick,40 density) as shown on drgs /existing in chair. Colour 7 shade of cloth/Rexine as approved by BSO/GE.

Chair verandah:- FD-256: Spot arc welding to broken parts/joints of chairs.

Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from the chair and Recanning the chair with plastic cane 4 to 6mm wide, white colour and Cream colour, (MAT Pattern),quality as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge. (400 chairs x 0.500=200 Sq Mtrs).

Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from the chair. S&F PVC seat and back 4mm thick to the chair after providing one extra support in between seat and back of chair.The support shall be of 19mm dia MS tube duly welded horizontally seat and back as directed by BSO. The PVC seat shall be got approved from BSO/GE before supply.

S&F best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

Charpoy GI Pipe with plywood top FD-220:- Taking out existing broken plywood from the Charpoy GI pipe by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood of size 1980x900x12mm fixed to Charpoy GI Pipe frame with new Nut, bolts and washer. Make of plywood - Greenply/Century Ply/Archidply

Taking out old broken end long rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rails of GI pipe 32mm bore Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Pipe : JINDAL, Prakash Surya.

Taking out old broken end short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with short rail of GI pipe made out of long rail retrieved vide item no-9.02 here-in-before duly thread both ends to require size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old broken end short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new short rails of GI pipe 32mm bore Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Pipe : JINDAL, Prakash Surya.

Taking out old broken end leg from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with legs of GI pipe made out of long/short rail retrieved vide item srl No 9.02, 9.03 and 9.04 here-in-before duly threaded at one end to required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/broken three way elbow from GI pipe by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32 mm bore/dia ISI marked and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of Elbow : Unik/NVR/MIC.

Taking out old unserviceable/broken GI check nut from the frame by unscrewing and replacing with new check nut GI 32 mm bore/dia as per sample kept in GE office and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Make of check nut : Unik/NVR/MIC.

Charpoy folding IP with hard top : FD-388(R):- Taking out existing broken plywood from the charpoy folding by loosening the nut bolts with washers. S&F of new 9 mm thick BWR grade plywood fixed to charpoy folding frame. Make of plywood - Greenply/Century Ply/Archidply
