Chair Varandah (FD-256)

M&L for removing of wornout U/S cane/Nylon newar of chair varandah and one coat of synthetic enamal paint white after preparation of old painted surfaces by filling with putty, cleaning with sand paper and applying primer where ever required all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for recanning with new standared 3.5 mm wide white plastic cane of semi circular type in mat pattern and all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Chair Varandah Godrej (FD/E6/MAP/11)

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal paint black after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and primer where ever required and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removing of old/broken flat iron from existing Chair Verandah steel and S&F new flat iron 38 x 3 mm of required length shall be welded with seat/Back of chair verandah Steel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI Nylon Newar/Charpoy GI Ply top {FD-220 & FD-220 (R)}

M&L for removing of damaged/broken long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of GI Pipe 32mm bore (ISI marked) medium grade incl threading both sides all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removing of old damaged/broken short rail from Charpoy and making of short rail from old u/s long rail retervied from ser item No 3.01 above incl threading both side & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removing of old damaged/broken leg from charpoy and making leg from old u/s short rail retervied from ser item No 3.02 above incl threading, S&F 6mm MS plate in bottom and 25 x 3mm of MNF clamp (2 Nos each leg) to be welded with legs & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removing of old broken/damaged check nuts and S&F new check nuts of 32 mm dia heavy duty to Charpoy GI pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for removing old broken/damaged GI elbow 3 way 32 mm bore and S&F new GI elbow 3 way 32mm bore (ISI marked) to Charpoy GI pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removing old broken/damaged stiffener 25x25x5 mm thick angle iron of size 900 mm long to Charpoy GI pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for tightening of loose charpoys after removing of US plywood from existing GI charpoy and S&F of New 12mm thick plywood, ISI Mark, BWR Grade of size 1980MM x 900MM by fixing with 10 nos nut and bolt of size 75 X 6 mm with GI washer all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : 1. All iron work viz FI shall be painted with two coats of Silver paint with spray machine after removing old paint & making smooth surface. 2. Cost of these factor shall deemed to be included in rate quoted above and nothing extra shall be payable on this account
