Material and labour Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber cum LT panel, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with front & rear Opening, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 400 Amps, 60cm long having 10cm min distance from the body, duly insulated mounted on epoxy insulators in horizontal position in stepped manner with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points with one MCCB of 250 Amps 25 KA, 4 pole as incomer of the bas bar with taking down the existing all cables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LT Panel and Supply, fixing, connecting and commissioning of LT panel, factory made (CPRI approved), Indoor/outdoor type (kiosk), floor mounted, compartment type, dust and vermin proof (IP-55 protection) suitable for 415 volts grade, 3 phase, 4wire 50Hz AC supply with 400 Amp aluminium bus bar TPN, colour coded & sleeved, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet mounted on 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron frame and welded to 75cm long 50mmx50mmx6mm size angle iron legs (04 Nos), front & rear openable, with front hinged double door inclusive locking arrangement with provision of all incoming/outgoing cable entries alongwith suitable size double compression type cable glands and adopter boxes for incoming and outgoing cable & spray painting with two coats of first quality super enameled grey paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, including anti-corrosive treatment (7 tank), legs grouted in floor in PCC (1:2:4) bed block of size 30cmx30cmx60cm, complete all as specified and directed, comprising the following :- (a) MCCB 250 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Volt, 50Hz, AC, with rupturing capacity 25 KA with adjustable thermal and fixed magnatic release (O/G) - 01 No. (b) MCCB 160 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Volt, 50Hz, AC, with rupturing capacity 25 KA with adjustable thermal and fixed magnatic release (O/G) - 02 No. (b) MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Volt, 50Hz, AC, with rupturing capacity 16 KA with adjustable thermal and fixed magnatic release (O/G) - 02 No. (c) On Load Change Over Switch I-O-II , 320 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 Volt, 50 Hz - 01No. (d) Pre-wired Digital meter with voltmeter, ammeter, slector switch, CTs and LED Indication Lights- 01 Set. Taking out old unserviceable LT UG PVC/ XLPE cable of any size 1100 v laid in trenches/on poles through GI protection pipe NOTE: Excavattion and earthwork shall be measuured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply & laying of UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Excavation and earth work shall be measuured and paid for separately under respective items .

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning below and around cable in trenches with rever sand all as specified.

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat of size 250 x 150 x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting existing road/Hard Rock/ PCC hard Standing/ pavement/ drain for taking out / laying of indergroung water pipe/ cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC work in type B2 (1:2:4) cement mortar with 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Mild steel galvanized tubes light grade ISI marked 80 mm bore laid in trenches / road crossing/ fixed to pole /walls/path/drain /floor etc in and including taking down old unservicable G I pipe ,compllete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: Quoted Rates shall deemed to be inclusive of taking down the existing cables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .

Cutting and trimming of trees and branches to clear the over head line in the arc of HT/LT over head line feeders and removal of the trimmed branches of trees , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I and testing ,including dismanteling of old unserviceable earthing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 1.00 metre away from earth.
