Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and scrubbing down with water complete all as specfied and directed.

M/L for 15mm thick rendering(first coat) in CM 1:4 on external surface of wall mixed with water proofing compound and shall be scored to provide key for finishing coat. including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound .

M/L for rendering 5mm thick using readi plast manufactured by Ultra tech/ Silicoplast/ Kaneria( finishing coat on external surfaces) incl. finishing the surface even and smooth including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

M & L for granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) table rubbed and polished) as in floor such as steps, window cills/jambs, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.
