REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF MAJOR DEFECTIVE PARTS OF AC PLANT SUCH AS COMPRESSOR AHU MOTOR CHILER UNIT HEATING SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS OF KHASTAN WORKSHOP AT NAD EXPLOSIVE AREA AT NAVAL STATION

Dismantling and removing old U/S compressor sealed unit of Scroll Type Compressor carefully and supply, installation, testing new sealed Compressor unit of capacity 12.5 TR Model No SZ185S4RC of Make Blue Star/ Danfoss or equivalent complete with all standard accessories as per existing model installed at AC plant. Note:- (i) Sealed unit shall be purchased from authorised dealers/agents. (ii) Cost of labour for fixing and testing of leakage alongwith initial charging of suitable refrigerant (R-407C) & T & P shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall include for the necessary elelctrical check i.e checking of panel wiring to run the compressor smoothly. (iv) Before opening/ dismantling of unserviceable compressor the refrigerant to be taken in empty cylinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (v) Contractor shall submit test certificate alongwith purchase voucher before claiming the payment.

Material and labour for taking out all old unserviceable PVC fills from cooling tower of capacity upto 162 TR and supply and fix in replacement of eliminator of cooling tower upto 162 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the cooling tower by applying wire brush, washing powder and other solvent by removing the deposited impurities sush as silt, dust particles mud/ sand inside the dume and around the fins,cleaning of base tray & grills, pot stainer, main shaft etc and other connected items, servicing of fan motor including changing of bearings and greasing refixing the fan, frill & top cover including testing commissioning after reassembling complete including painting all as directed by Engr-in-charge (a) Cooling tower of capacity upto 162 TR

Complete Servicing of AHUs installed in AC plants, removing of air filters and refixing after cleaning with air blower and water with suitable cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coil with wire brush ,air blower and water spraying pump with gun and mixing the chemical suitable for removing of scales on aluminium fins and straighting the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity upto 25000 CFM as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of canvas housing suitable for existing connection AHU damper to Supply air Duct complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Single phase preventor type SPP VSP3 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC Make Minilec or equivalent all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of connector in HVAC panel 6 Amp to 35 Amp 230 V 2 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Microprocessor Scroll Controller for compressor of 66 TR Capacity (Range 24/7/7) including removing unserviceable of Microprocessor complete all as specified and directed.The Microprocesor should be as per the existing one and installed by the company authorised person duly callibrated and necessary wiring work also included in the quoted rate to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs of unserviceable 10/12.5HP Star Delta Starter comprising of following material for each starter : 3 Nos : 25 A TP Contactor, 1 No - O/L relay 10-16 A, 1 No - Timer , 1 No- Single Phase Preventer set of on off push buttons and indicating lights 1 No - auto Manual Switch, 1 No control fuse link, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic timer 800SQA Make M/s Selec/GIC/Siemens/ M/s Havells working voltage 240V 50 Hz all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
