PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops etc rounded or chamfered on edges and the like including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Complete removal of the existing roof treatment of any description viz tarfelt or membrance surface of roof tiles/concrete padding etc including grubbing up of tree roots, removing all the debris to a distance n exc 100m for roof treatment work, preparation of the concrete roof surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water all loose dirt/dust and applying the following Roof Treatment complete all as specified & directed :- (a) Applying 1st course of 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces. (b) Applying 2nd course of bitumenous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm over the screed bed. 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces using liquid water proofing admixture, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed. Note : Liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured & paid for seperately under respective item.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specifed & directed.
