Procurement of Flat Belt Conveyor for Material Recovery Facility - MRF of NR Pura TP

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied at least 01 No PVC Flat Belt Conveyor to any Govt/Semi-Govt/Pvt Organization of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 for the continuous period of 12 months). The equipment offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2023 and be in satisfactory operation for 12 months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section 12 of Tender Document

The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance certificate of last five years in Section XII format

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership

The bidder should also furnish GMP and Labor License Form C certificates

Last 5 year annual turn over certificate 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 tenderer should furnish copies of Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by The Chartered Accountant with UDIN reference&2025-26

The Tenderer should furnish Filed Copies of Income Tax Returns for the last five financial years.

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 1.41 lakh (credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from bank for meeting the fund requirement etc. Conditional line of credit not accepted and old bank guarantee also not accepted. If bidder fails to submit the mentioned document treated as non responsive and such bid is disqualified.

Manufacturer/ authorized dealer certificate

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government / Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments Attested by Notary.

The Tenderer should furnish valid COPY OF GST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer-The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

Provide relevant document for having 01 Authorized Service Station within 250 Km from Place of Delivery.

Affidavit should be uploaded stating that, any dispute arises between parties will be settled within Chikkamagalur Jurisdiction. (1st Party: Tenderer Name, 2nd Party name: Chief Officer, Town Panchayat, Narasimharajapura)

Compliance Certification of ISO 3834, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 31000, ISO 10001 and CE certificate

The Tenderer should furnish Copy of Income Tax Pan Card
