SH-I - Operation & Maintenance

Periodical Maintenance of Internal and External Electrical Installations of A.E.R.A. office building by deploying adequate manpower as per the conditions of contract involving operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, carrying out of preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract on Six Days in a week & excluding national holidays complete etc as required.

Extra hours running & operation of Electrical and Mechanical installations of AERA Building due to any exigencies for early or late hour extension beyond normal shift hours or as per specification.

SH-II- Maintenance of Hand Dryer & R.O. System

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of Hand Dryers of all makes like Anand Automatic Systems, Kopal etc including replacement of all defective parts complete as required.

SH-III: Miscellaneous minor repair works for E&M installations.

Rewinding of the different makes and sizes ceiling fan / exhaust fan/ desert cooler fan motor by super enamel copper wire after dismantling the worn out winding i/c varnishing and changing of loop wire, ball bearing etc. after dismantling from the base and refitting the same after painting the body etc. i/c connection, testing, commissioning etc.as reqd.(Rate should be as after adjusting the dismantle wire)

Running of 125 KVA D.G. Set during testing and normal supply failure by arranging the HSD Oil which i/c procurement of HSD Oil, tranportation of oil from petrol pump to site, storage of sufficient qty. oil at site, loading/unloading of oil in HSD tanks complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rate (Electrical ) 2018 and specification as and when reqd. percentage above or below on the rates os DSR (E&M) 2018- (CPWD)- Electrical items worth totaling to Rs. 20,000/- as mentioned below. (Note: Rate shall be quoted in the Indian Rupees only payment of DSR item will be released on the basis of percentage calculation of quoted amount and fixed amount of Rs. 20,000/- as clarified below: For example: if desires to quote 5% above on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.21000/-. If desires to quote 3% below on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs. 19400/-)
