Hire charges for using JCB for clearing heavy jungle, uprooting trees, boulders, levelling etc., including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the department

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting bank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 30mm removal of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used of auctioned upto a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness.

Supplying and filling of GSB using 2.36mm HBG chips with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thcik consolidating each deposited layer by watering and rampping including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational incidental, labour charges hire charges and T & O complete for finished item.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadam specification including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRt & H specification 406 (5th revision) for finished item of work

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry Bitumen surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 MORD.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II as per Table 500-18 of MORTH, premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 Grade and properties confirming to IS:73 @ 5.4 per cent by weight of total mix and filler i.e. Cement @ 2% by weight of aggregate including mixing in drum type hot mix loading of aggregate by FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen, filler with aggregate in drum / batch type HMP plant and transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller and vibratory rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density including all hire and operational charges of all T&P etc. complete as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects for finished item of work but excluding Tack Coat. including Wet bond-s" Nano-technology silicon based liquid Anti-stripping Additive (0.2 to 0.6Kg/MT of Bitumen)
