INTERNAL REPAINTING WORK IN 10 FLATS AT OLD TMC PAREL

ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT (FIRST QUALITY) ON ENTIRE WALL SURFACES: Providing and applying TWO OR MORE COATS OF FIRST QUALITY ACRYLIC EMULSION PAINT of interior water based premium quality durable smooth emulsion paint developed using the unique tough stain repellent, Anti-bacterial, fungus guard technology having superior washability of approved manufacturer and shades (single/ multi colour) based on the choice of the occupant and applied strictly as per manufacturer specification, having VOC content less than 50 gm per litre of approved make and shade on walls over a coat of approved primer all as per manufacturer specification, including surface preparation by thorough scrapping to remove the existing paint, cleaning with wire brushes/ brooms, water jet, etc. to get a surface free of dust/ loose/ foreign matter to receive the primer/ putty/ paint finish.The unevenness on the surface may be removed by gently levelling the surface with very fine water proof emery paper (not less than 500 grit). The surface should be brought to proper line and level to such an extent that no undulations could be visible and all the edges and corners should be finished very sharp to look like a narrow hair line. The surface preparation work must include filling all the undulations / unevenness on the wall surface by PoP / approved complete as directed. (Note: One coat of primer & putty is to be applied before allotment of flat and second coat of primer & putty to be applied after allotment of flat before applying 2 or more coats of first quality acrylic emulsion paint)

PLASTIC EMULSION PAINT ON CEILINGS Providing and applying two or more coats of WATER BASED HIGH QUALITY DURABLE AND WASHABLE PLASTIC EMULSION PAINT of approved manufacturer and shade as per manufacturer specifications on interior surfaces of ceilings and finishing smoothly etc. complete as directed. The rate should include for application of primer as directed and as per manufacturers specification before the application of paint,opening of cracks and filling the same with approved putty/ crack sealant as per manufacturer's specifications as specified. The rate quoted should include for the cost all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding, disposing off the debris from the colony premises including proper covering/protecting of all plumbing, carpentry & electrical fittings/fixtures, furniture if any and cleaning of the area/floor, glass panes, etc. complete as directed.The rate shall be inclusive of required scaffolding, cleaning of the stains from floors, carting away the debris, etc. complete as directed.

SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT ON METAL & WOOD WORKS Providing and applying two or more coats of FIRST QUALITY SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT (GLOSSY FINISH) of desired finish of approved manufacture and shade to teakwood/commercial board surfaces of doors, windows, shelves, meter box, wall surfaces, etc. including surface preparation, scrapping, proper covering of glass panes, cleaning of the stains, filling putty, application of approved primer, cleaning, scaffolding, carting away the debris, etc. complete as directed

FRENCH POLISH ON WOODEN WORKS Providing and polishing on wood work WITH REQUIRED NUMBER OF COATS OF FRENCH POLISH of approved tint to obtain smooth and glossy finish as per manufacturer specifications. The existing enamel paint on the door frames has to be completely scrapped and removed to expose the wooden surface before polishing. The wooden surfaces should be prepared by removing the dirt and dust completely from the surface by sanding with emery paper 180 followed by smooth sanding with emery paper 320 or 400 and the cracks on the surface should be filled with suitable crack seal to make the surface extremely smooth before the application of polish, scaffolding, tools & plants, cleaning, disposing off the debris from the colony premises etc. complete as directed. Also a proper care has to be taken to prevent staining in the surrounding area while executing the work

EXTERIOR ELASTOMERIC PAINTS Providing & applying two or more coats of approved make & shade OF FIRST QUALITY 100% EXTERIOR QUALITY ACRYLIC SMOOTH ELASTOMERIC PAINT having VOC content less than 50 gm per litre over a coat of recommended primer by the manufacturer on old/new plastered surfaces, as per site requirement to walls, columns, parapet walls, pedestals, etc. as per specification. The rates shall be including of surface preparation by through scrapping, treating of cracks by filling 'V' groove of required depth and filling the same with elastomeric putty of approved make, watering the surface for remaining of all dirt patches etc. complete all as directed.

READY-MIX PLASTER Carefully dismantling the existing loose/damaged plaster after checking the entire flat walls, ceiling, beams etc. Providing and applying internal single coat cement plaster in patches of average thickness 15mm or of required thickness (to match with the existing plaster thickness) for walls and ceiling with ready mix mortar. The surface fished with minimum 1mm thick cement-based wall putty of approved make for levelling the surface smoothly in proper line, level and plumb including scaffolding, curing, removal of debris etc. Quoted rate shall include scaffolding, removal of the existing damaged plaster, cleaning the surface, carting away the debris out of the premises, etc. The work shall be carried out on any floor.

STRUCTURAL REPAIR WITH READY MIX POLYMER MORTAR Carrying out treatment to deteriorated concrete/ corroded/damaged reinforcement and replacing the damaged concrete surface with polymer modified cement mortar as specified below : i)Carefully dismantling and removing the loose/damaged patch concrete, manually, to expose the surface of the intact concrete and corroded reinforcement bars, if appears, using necessary tools, thoroughly cleaning the exposed surface of the concrete & reinforcement/s using wire brush with clean water ii) Providing and applying a coat of rust remover of approved make, to be applied over the rusted steel reinforcement surface and then removing the rust scales by steel wire brush of good quality after elapse of specified time from application of rust remover as per manufacturers specification.iii) Providing and applying, by brush, two coat of rust protective Polymeric coating over above cleaned steel bars, applied in uniform manner on entire surface of the bar, using chemical of approved make duly mixed with cement in proportion 1: 1.25 by weight (Cement : chemical) or as per Manufacturer's specification. iv) Providing and applying one coat of polymer cement bonding coat (PCBC) of approved make, duly mixed with cement in ratio 1: 0.5 by weight or as specified by the manufacturer over the exposed concrete surfaces as per manufacturer specification including surface preparation and in the area where polymer mortar is to be applied. v) Providing & applying, after the bond coat applied above (iv) has become tacky/ sticky, by hand pressed polymer modified cement based ready mix POLYMER mortar up to 25 mm thick in uninform layers, using polymer mortar of approved make, prepared by mixing water content as per manufacturer specification, in layer not more than 12 mm , providing 6 mm thick aggregate wherever directed/ required, finish the surface with steel trowel or roughen the surface for receiving further treatment, curing the surface as per manufactures specifications. Polymer mortar is to be applied to built the lost concrete portion and thus shall be finished to the size/shape of the member. vi) The rate shall include for making necessary coverings/ curtains on sunshades, roof slabs, curing, scaffolding, etc as per site conditions & disposing off the debris out of the colony premises, etc. all completely done in workmanlike manner as directed by the Bank's Engineer. Note: a) Only average elevated area of treatment shall be considered for measurement. The measurements shall be recorded & signed jointly immediately during and after completion of work. b) Each treatments shall be done after obtaining clearance from Bank's Engineer

TEXTURE PAINT ON WALL SURFACE: Providing and applying two coats for desired thickness for surface preparation & finish of walls, thoroughly scrapping each coat of putty to get smooth and uniform finish, to receive paint as specified by paint manufacturers. Providing and applying necessary base coat and two coats of TEXTURE PAINT (metallic/ non-metallic) of approved make, design & shade as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Bank's Engineer. (Note: One coat of primer and putty is to be applied before allotment of flat and second coat of primer and putty to be applied after allotment of flat before application of base coat and selected texture paint) Work will be on any one wall in each room of the flat.
