Disconnectiong existing defective electric motor of any make, 4 to 5 HP from electric mains isolating the naked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, discouple from pump, opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge & carry out minor repairs at site, re-assembling the motor after repair, refixing in position, re-connecting same as prior including replacement of nuts, bolts washers of suitable size, testing and commissioning as and when required complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Replacement of defective parts shall be measured and paid separately as S&F here-in-after. (b) In case of major repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to contractor’s wksp and cost of shifting to wksp and back to site deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

(Note : (a) Pipes taken up /obtained from item No. 147. (b) Joints and CI fittings shall be measured and paid for separately).

Laying only in trenches the old serviceale 150mm bore CI/DI pipes with socket and spigot ends complete with all fittings after cleaning thoroughly and removal of all blockages by using splitted bamboos /steel rod effectively complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : (a) Pipes taken up /obtained from item No. 148. (b) Joints and CI fittings shall be measured and paid for separately).

Surface excavation in hard/dense soil, not exceeding 30 cm deep and average 15cm deep for cleaning the pump house area and all area by cutting the unwanted bushes/vegitation growth in and around the area of installations/around the valve pit chamber/along the pipe line routes if reqd etc all as directed by Engr -in-charge

Taking up or down electric motor and pump of 15 HP to 50 HP of any make or type after disconnecting from all the misc items such as NRV, reducer, CI-Tee, pipelines etc and electric connection as all required at site including dismantling and taking out old rusted steel/iron channel/ foundation, vibration pad after taking all safety measures including all lifting work,welding work if any, cutting and supply and fixing vibration pad in six numbers and one steel/iron channel/motor foundation of size suitable for motor and pump of 15 HP to 50 HP,fixing the motor and pump of above said capacity and fixing all connecting items including NRV, reducer, CI-Tee, Pipelines with all minor work such as cutting, welding, electric connection ,nut, bolts, gland, flange etc of any size and make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge,

M&L for flushing of existing borewell of size upto 300mm dia, depth upto 200 mtr with drilling compressor capacity not less than 620 CFM including surging and flushing the bore at a pressure of 8 kg/ sqcm minimum 8 hrs complete with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud etc from the bore well complete including disconnecting and lifting out of existing submerssible pumpst from borewell upto 10 HP capacity along with their column pipes and submerssible cable from borewell from any depth and lowering after flushing existing borewell complete.

S&F in replacement of display board for showing details/ Schematic diagram (provided by Engr-in-Charge) of pump houses and borewells made out of phiroza blue/ white colour PVC sheet of size 2 mtrX1 mtr including GI angle frame of thickness gauge 13 and GI sheet cover to the frame and fixing of 3 Nos LED tube light fittings 20 watts inside the frame, making arrangement to replace the LED tube light, connecting electrical supply to the frame with 1.5 sqmm 2 core copper PVC cable and conduit pipe including round steel pole minimum 12 feet long of suitable dia for erection on ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 of required size and depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Retro Reflective Board of size 5 feet x 4 feet made out fine quality PVC sheet duly framed with aluminium moulding and provided with hanging arrangement including writing the details of the pumpset installed (provided by Engr-in-Charge) complete all as specified.
