Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and Earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.(Group C).

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size Gl box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing the following, with connection etc. as required with medium range switches. 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc.as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/LED lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connections etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Upto 450 mm sweep

Dismantling of ceiling fan and painting the same with with one or more coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent and replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts and bolts with washers and safety pins refixing the same as required.

Installation, testing, and commissioning of T5 LED tubelight in existing FTL Fitting with replacing of existing Tube rod complete with wiring, driver connection etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. complete as required.

Supply of 18 W, T5 LED tubular lamp with extruded aluminium body with high efficient LED's opal diffuser/ driver suitable for existing FTL Fixture complete as required. (Make:Crompton- LT5RT-18-CDL or any other approved equivalent make)

Supply of following sizes of 1200 mm sweep. 5 star rated ceiling fan, with double ball bearing, Aluminium pressure die cast body with Aluminium blades, canopies, hanging shackle, 30 cm down rod and without speed regulator suitable for 240V 50 HZ, AC supply (Make: Crompton: HB Plus-5 star or any other approved equivalent make).

SH: Fire Alarm systems & Fire Extingushers

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of conventional Fire Alarm control panel having minimum of 2 zones suitable for connecting sensors, manual call points, Hooters and Response indicators operation on 230 Volts, 50 Hz power supply, LCD display to indicate fire and normal operation & power supply status, push button for accept and Reset, sealed leadacid batteries with minimum 24V DC backup on alarm mode & normal operation mode with battery charger etc., shall be complete as required. Panel shall have necessary provision for connecting and functioning with auto dialer etc as required. (Make: As per AAI approved makes list)

SITC of auto dialer with landline dialer capability complete with all necessary accessories including connections etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of conventional type Manual pull station with provision for cable or conduit coupling. The unit should have illustrations of operational instructions in case of fire. The product must be meeting technical specification.

SITC of Hooter with base plate etc as required. (As per approved makes List)

Supply & fixing of conventional type Analogue conventional type Multi sense detector (photoelectric and fixed temperature type) complete with all accessories like standard base, junction box etc. to be installed under/above false ceiling, roof and concealed space, etc. interconnecting to loop cable complete as required. The detector shall be with Visible color LED and shall blink every time the detector is addressed and illuminate steady on alarm. The product must be meeting technical specification.

Supply and laying of MS steel conduits ISI Marked red painted with all fittings and saddles for drawing detector control cables on surface /recess/above false ceiling/concealed space/wall concealed, etc of following sizes: 20 mm

Supply and laying of following size PVC insulated FRLSH 2Cx1.5sq.mm copper conductor cable through conduits/surface/recess/above false ceiling/concealed space/wall concealed, etc. for control cabling for Fire detection & alarm devices and interconnecting etc as required. (As per Approved makes list)

Supply and laying of following size PVC insulated FRLSH 2Cx2.5sq.mm copper conductor cable through conduits/surface/recess/above false ceiling/concealed space/wall concealed, etc. for control cabling for Fire detection & alarm devices and interconnecting etc as required. ABC Stored pressure type Fire Extinguisher 6 Kgs Capacitywith M.S Body Mono Ammonium Phosphate based Dry Chemical Powder as per IS 14609 with ISI Mark for Fighting ABC Class of Fire, stored Pressure type of Mild steel body pressurized by Nitrogen Gas. The Extinguisher shall have pressure gauge for indicating inside pressure with opening and closing lever of squeeze grip type with tamper proof seal, complete with wall bracket. The Extinguisher is Manufactured Strictly as per IS: 15683:2006 with ISI mark.
