Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing single layer on roof and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs,any thickness including cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris outside the MOD land not less than 1 km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded agg) in roof kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping, kneelers, kerb water tough and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighting not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 90 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared plastered roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at ends and sealing including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over PCC padding with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete plain tiles 30cmx30cmx22mm thick machine pressed set jointed,grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in floors with screed bed in 15mm thick CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering ready mix plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement including taking down old plaster any type with racking out joints,hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete,in foundations,filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 40mm graded aggreate including forming grooves in each panel n exe 4sqm including demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15CM thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed at site.

M&L for applying two coats of brush bond system with polymer based cementious material as in water proofing treatment for RCC over head reserviors/service tank (Above Nine storey building) after cleaning the entire surface free of loose particles,dust etc.preparation of concrete surfaces by filling in cracks,joints and honey combing with epoxy treatment after cutting grooves in "V" shape and holes filled with polymer pressure concrete as per manufacture instructions using surface mix with six part of BRUSHBOND RFX and 1 part of NITROBOND -BBX of FOSROC india pvt Ltd or 6 parts of SHALIMAR WATERTIGHT part-A and 1 part of SHALIMAR WATERTIGHT part-B of capitals and chemicals pvt Ltd with one part og clean water by slow speed drill (300-450 RPM) or any othermix by equivalent approved manufacturer like SIKA/Dr FIXIT.The powder component is added gradually to the liquid part and clean water avoiding lump formation and mixing them for 2 to 4 minutes.Each coat of mixed materials should be applied @600gm per sqm with in half an hour by paint brush over cleaned surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC over brush bond surfaces as on internal surface of RCC water tanks as part of water proofing treatment finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

Dismantling steel work of any description and S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikees , framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders ; framed balustars; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similer work confoming to fe-290 Gpe E-165 including fixing of hold fast with bed block of size 200x200x15mm in CM 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded agg complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 80mm dia GI pipe for water tank overflow pipes of water tank over nine storey building incl fixing with inlet pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CPVC tubing 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors incl taking down old steel GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases,pinning in brick walls and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings,steps,cills,sunshades,shelves,lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good cutting exc 10cm but n.exc 20cm girth complete all as specified an directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Pipes of strength 4 Kg/sq cm single socket or with rubber ring/ cement solvent for rain water pipes upto 9th story building including all fittings such as bends,Tees etc laid in trenches, floor,wall or in any position and making good/leak proof in connection with roof slab and making shoes for rain water pipes in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:3:6 incl demolition and breaking of old pipes any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid colour ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm, in floors etc, set jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and including dismantling of old tiles including bedding layer of mortar and rubbish off the premises outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured printed glazed ceramic tiles of size 200X300X7mm/450X 300X 6-7mm/600X 300X 6-7mm on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including backing coat 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and including dismantling of old tiles including bedding layer of mortar and rubbish off the premises outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash basin, angle back, size 600x480mm white, excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets

S&F in repair European vitretious china wash down water closet pan (excluding flushing cistern but including flush pipe and pvc seat cover white).

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings dressed stone work and Precast concrete articles, complete all as sfd and directed.

M&L brick work with brick size of 230mm x 110mm x 75mm sub class B brick staight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 Ltrs capacity PVC low level flushing cistern complete with syphone handle lever PVC bend including connecting to WC and fixing on walls with bracket all as specified.

S&F for 50 mm dia GI pipe for water tank overflow pipes of water tank over nine storey building incl fixing with inlet pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including chamfering of granite complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement conc 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base to floor/ filling mass conc. well compacted all as spd.

S&F 100mm dia cast iron (spun cast) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length, with or without ears, with lead joints, fixed to walls including dismantling old pipes any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100 mm dia cast iron bends/Tee with oval access doors for spun pipes (any radious) with polymer jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm dia cast iron branch piece/Cross Tee for (spun cast), soil waste and vent pipe, single (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches,fitted with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Traps ‘P’ or ‘S’ including taking out old CI trap from wall or ceiling slab or RCC structure all as specified and directed

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 213575.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
