Providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for one number six passenger lift KONE make, including routine preventive maintenance, monthly servicing, breakdown maintenance, testing and checking of all safety devices, adjustment, repair and replacement of worn-out or defective components, consumables and accessories, over-voltage protection devices, wiring, ropes, chains, indicators, buttons, controllers, main electrical drive, door mechanisms and all other parts required for safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of the lift system, but excluding fan and lights with minimum downtime, complete in all respects for a period as specified in the BOQ, after expiry of the warranty period. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all labour, tools and tackles, transportation, carriage of materials, consumables, replacement parts, taxes, duties, GST and all other incidental charges. No extra payment shall be admissible on any account. Maintenance records shall be maintained be submitted to the client as well as department and all breakdown complaints shall be attended within 24 hours.
