Re-carpeting of Internal Roads and Associated Civil Works at NRPL Rewari Station

Earth work in surface excavation (not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kinds of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to all lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas including trimming of sides of the trenches, dressing, ramming and levelling the bottom of the trenches correct to level, grade etc. including filling in sides of foundation trenches, plinth etc. with the excavated earth available and/or depositing the excess earth within station area limits, in layers not exceeding 20 cms. thick, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, dressing to level and grade , complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Supplying and filling selected earth/ moorum (excluding black cotton soil) from Contractor's own borrow areas including royalty, with all leads and lifts in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. including watering, compacting in layers not exceeding 20cm thickness, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Supplying and filling coarse sand under floors, in foundations and plinth including cost-of sand, royalty, transportation, loading , unloading, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm., watering, ramming, compacting, dressing and levelling etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

CONCRETE WORK : CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN-SITU) : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade at all depths including ramming & shuttering etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer:

1:1.5:3 [1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

1:2:4 [1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

1:3:6 [1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]
