Removing dry /oil bound distemper/water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incl; necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for old work (one or more coats)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for new work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade on old work (one or more coats)

Providing and applying of two or more coats of weather shield exterior water resistant paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade incl; sand papering and preparing of surface smooth incl; repair to scratches

Polishing on wood work touch wood polish (one or more coats) including preparing of surface by cleaning and sand papering.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) including cost of priming coat @0.80 liter/Sqm

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sq meters and under incl; cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete incl; disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead outside Civil Sectt: as directed with cement motor 1;4 (1;cement ;4 course sand)

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
