REPAIR/CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELL, FENCING and CONNECTED ITEMS AT 14 GTC SUBATHU UNDER GE KASAULI

Schedule 'A' Section - I

Comprehenshive maintenance and cleaning of sewage system including sewage lines, manholes, soakage wells/soak-pits, gully traps, septic tanks attending bloakages in WCs/ WHBs/Drains etc by employing necessary resources including T&P at 14 GTC Subathu complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The location/ building/complex where work is to be carried out consist of the following:- (a) OTM and Md Accn of GE Subathu complex. (b) Kalidhar line.Area. (c) 15 No Area. (d)Gurubaksh line. (e) Old PAO Area (f) CRS Subathu Complex. (g) Officer mess Complex. (h) Station HQ Subathu OTM & Md accn. (i) Officers Quarters and Officers Messes in Subathu Mil Stn. and all rect company, ASI, all OTM and MD Accn of 14 GTC subathu

Cleaning of septic tank/manholes/sewage lines/drains etc of various capacities, including inlet and out chambers, sludge chambers and baffle walls by mechanically/ manual means, removal of solid waste (soil/debris etc), sewage Solid sludge (case applicable where Solid sludge is much more than liquid sludge) incl scum and effluent, transportation of waste and final disposal as per environmental norms by taking off existing covers and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. For Payment shall be made only by measuring quantity of solid or solid sludge either at time of removal or after the disposed into the borrow pit and disposed as measured in cum. No separate payment shall be made for pumping out water or effluent.

Cleaning of septic tank/manholes/sewage lines/drains etc of various capacities & locations of Military station by locally available mechanical suction pump with Tractor (Tanker capacity not less than 5000 Ltrs), removal of liquid waste, sewage liquid sludge (case applicable where liquid sludge is much more than Solid sludge) incl solid sludge, scum and effluent, transportation of waste and final disposal as per environmental norms by taking off existing covers and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. For Payment shall be made only by counting no. of vehicle trip carry approx. 80 to 90 % of their capacity as measured in Each Trip.

Material & Labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling in circular/rectangular well (soakage pit) steining (any radius or size) constructed from base, built in cement mortar (1:4), using old size bricks and incl dismantling of old brick work, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for broken bricks Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm inside soakage pits, soakage wells, complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 as in septic tank/manholes/walls etc all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 and incl dismantling of old brick work, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of brick work and Brick work using brick work straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) , complete all as specified. ( Note- The serviceable bricks obtained under this item will be used after removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.)

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with or without WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (If WPC used shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only )

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of old brick work or concrete surfaces at any height incl walls, cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and with or without water proofing compound (2% 0f cement content) (External surface) incl necessary using scafolding or shuttering and taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note: If WPC used, then it will paid separately.
