Disposal of Bio Medical Waste Services

Minimum one year experience in providing bio medical waste disposal services in hospitals for which work order copy should be enclosed

The Agency should produce satisfactory work performance certificates at least from one previous client (hospital)

Authorization to operate a facility for collection, receipt, treatment, storage, transportation disposal of Bio - Medical Waste at common Bio - Medical waste treatment and disposal facility, specified in the Rule under environment (Protection) Act 1986 and read with Bio - Medical Waste (Management and Handling) Rule 1998 from KSPCB, CSPCB etc.

Solvency certificate for Rs.1,00,000/- from any Nationalized Bank/ Scheduled Bank in the name of bidder and addressed to Director should be enclosed.

The bidder should have necessary infrastructure /equipments / for the said work. (List to be enclosed)

Documentary evidence for statutory levies like GST along with PAN

Self declaration for not black listed in any government organization

Balance sheet for last three years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

Annual turnover minimum of Rs.15 lakhs per year, for the past 3 years certified by chartered account
