MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS under Sch 'A' Section-VIII are not prepriced by MES and item Rate to be quoted by contractor for each item.

S & F precast SFRC manhole cover 75mm thick factory made with plain surface as per requirement including 75x1.5mm flat iron frame all around the cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring/ auguring suitable hole & insertion of pipe of 80 mm dia size and not less than 600 mm below existing PCC/ road/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of equipment, tool & plant, material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, install, connect, test and commission factory madeand tested LT outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase and neutral 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars of 100 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick), front opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm compelte. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035. The scope of work also comprising of the following :- Bus Bar Chamber :- (a) 100 Amp TPN, Aluminium conductor, with color coded heat shrinkable sleave and shall be mounted on non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength DMC material, interconnection of all income & outgoings. INSTRUMENT CHAMBER :- (i) Digital Multi Function Meter (V, A, F+PF), 96 mm x 96 mm 3 phase - 01 Set. (ii) Current Transformer's of Capacity 100/5A - 1 Set (Set of three) (iii)RYB Phase indicating light LED type 220V with protection MCB 6 A SP C Series - 1 Set of three. MAIN INCOMMING :- (i) MCCB 100 Amps 25KA, 3 Pole 415V AC with thermal and magnetic release = 01 No. OUTGOING :- (i) Star Delta Starter 12.5 H. P. (with Contactors 18A 3 Pole - 2 Nos. 12 A 3 Pole - 1 No. Over load relay 9-15A, auxiliary Contacts, S/D Timer 0-60 Sec, Start/Stop Push buttons, On Off Trip Indicating Lights) = 02 Set. (1W/1S) (ii) Motor Protection Automation Phase Sequence Corrector single phase preventer with facility to change over from automatic to manual with Over Load protection for contactors upto 15 HP motor etc = 01 No.

The panel manufacturer should have following Govt Approved Certificates : (i) CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 (should have IEC:60439-1 & IEC:60529 tests) (ii) CPRI Certification Short Circuit withstand strength should be 50kArms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 105kA. (iii) CPRI Certification Road current for short circuit not less than 4000A with rated insulation voltage 660V. (iv) ISO 9001 CERTIFIED Platform of panel :- Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone, 15cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be at a height of 45 cm above the nearest road level. The platform shall be constructed as per Manufacturer drawing and design.

M&L for supply, installation & testing non Clog vertical submersible pumps 15 HP, 415 V, 1450 RPM, 16 Mtr head, Flow Range 1600 LPM with chrome steel impeller andl, non-clog to pass 45 mm size particles incuding guide rail and lifting chain , cables complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar Model No 1000CW4PL 4 PL or equivalent in CG, KSB or equivalent in approved makes.

Supply and fixing of flat submersible 3 core 6 sqmm cable PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor water proof suitable for submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 3,41,804.60
