Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 meters wide and not exc1.5 meters deep for pipe line in any type of soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 meters away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meter from the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Single headed Stainless Steel fire hydrant landing valve type A (single head outlet) of 80mm dia landing valve with 63mm dia female outlet complete and 80mm inlet with rubber blank cap and chain as per IS 5290, suitable for brigade hose of 63mm with couplings conforming to IS 903 including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of weather proof standard fire hose box made of 18 SWG gauge MS Sheet 800mm x 600mm x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glasses and door frame including locking arrangement by allen key, stove enamelled fire red finish with 'Fire hose' marked on front and brilliant white inside yard, suitable for housing and consisting of 2 lengths RRL hose pipe conforming to IS:636 (type-II) of 63mm dia. including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in position 63mm nominal bore and 15m long synthetic fibre, circular woven jacketed, rubberized fabric reinforced rubber lined (RRL) fire hose pipe of approved make bearing IS : 636 type A mark and having TAC and MMD approval with a pair of 63 x 63 mm stainless steel instantaneous type, heavy duty delivery hose coupling (conforming to IS : 903) bound and riveted to the hose pipe with copper rivets and copper wire, complete all as specified and including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in position Stainless steel 63mm dia short size branch pipes with 20 mm dia nozzles with 63mm instantaneous coupling ISI marked (IS: 903). and including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of IS maked wall mounting swinging type First aid fire hose reel with drum size, hanging bracket,Thermoplastic rubber (first aid hose) as per IS marked , 20 mm dia 30 mtr length to withstand 10 kg per Sq cm working pressure fitted with gunmetal nozzle and shut off valve of any size complete all as specified. The hose reel shall be conforming to relevent IS including 25 mm dia MS pipe connection from riser to hose reel sockets,nipples,elbows,valve etc. Drum shall be fixed on adjoining wall through anchor fasteners/cement concrete hook or MS stand as per site requirement and the rate for fixing/hanging items are included in the rates quoted(for internal hydrant and one each an either side of stage) including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing water delivery Thermoplastic rubber line (first aid hose) as per IS 12585 20 mm dia 30 mtr length to withstand 10 kg per Sq cm working pressure fitted with gunmetal nozzle and shut off valve of any size complete including taking down of old unserviceable thermoplastic rubber line all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI Marked, as per IS: 778 of following sizes including taking out unserviceable gate valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up and Down from each floor and existing location for Refilling of fire extinguisher of the following type size and capacity.Fixing existing / new location including PVC sleeve screw etc any requirement for fixing the extinguishers. After refilling the extinguishers testing report will be submited to the Engineer -in- charge.

(a) Fire extinguisher Co2 type 4.5 Kg Capacity

(e) Fire extinguisher ABC powder type 5 Kg capacity

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 150 dia mm pipe heavy duty class "c" MS pipe ,ISI marked as per IS: 1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbows, flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc welding or screwed joints as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard clamps structural steel supports as required/directed at site including painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red colour over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 12 here-in-before but size 80 MM.

Material And labour for fixing including jointing and testing cast Iron Sluice Valve of size 80 mm bore class PN-1.0, conforming to IS 14846 flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets including taking out unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of this item.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of size 80 mm dia without by pass arrangement , Swing type, conforming to IS 5312, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.0 complete including taking out unserviceable NRV complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of this item.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of IS marked Cast Iron Butterfly Valve of size 150 mm dia ISI marked class (PN 1.0) including taking out unserviceable Butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of this item.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast Iron Slim seal dual plate wafer type check valve of size 150 mm dia ISI marked class (PN 1.0) including taking down of the slim seal and cutting the existing pipe ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of this item.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in replacement of Bourdon type pressure gauge with gun metal isolation cock and copper ‘U’ Tube.having calibration of 0-10 Kg/Sq. cm, and 100 mm dial size all as specified including taking out unserviceable pressure gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in replacement of Pressure switches IPS 100 or approved equivalent) IS marked including making connections with the control panel and the pressure vessel complete in all respects.The electrical continuity shall be maintained between contacts NC& COM under normal conditions. The contacts changeover to NO & COM on rise of pressure to preset value all as specified including taking out unserviceable pressure switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing Air release valve of size 25mm dia including jointing and testing suitable for CI/DI pipe confirming to IS-14845, including jointing materials such as nut bolt washers and including taking out old unserviceable valve air release valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Gun metal 3 way Fire brigade inlet to down commer line with 63 mm dia instantaneous type inlet and 150 mm dia flanged outlet conforming to IS 904 with blank cap and chain existing one complete including all accessary( nut ,bolt, washers) and including taking out unservicable fire bridge all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint as per approved colour code of fire fighting Riser Pipe line in Fire nitch ground floor to terrace pipe lines inside the shaft. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint as per approved colour code of fire fighting station induction motor coupled with fire pump on terrace pump house all as specified and directed.

M/L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan in cement mortar 1:6 exceeding 6 mtrs mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for plastering in 1:4 CM, 10 mm thick on brick surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in replacement of manual call point break glass type enclosed in M S enclosures body of 3 mm thickness complete with chain and hamer and incl inscriber in case of fire break glass complete including all connected accessary and taking down the unservicable manual call point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in replacement of electrically operated Electronic Hooter of range 50 Meter enclosed in MS enclosures of suitable size painted with sythetic enamaled paint red coloured complete with suitable transformer including all connected accessary and taking down the unservicable hooter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing and commissioning of 2 Core x 1.5 sq.mm, 1100 Volts solid/multi stranded copper conductor PVC sheathed cable including suitable size of lugs for connection from pressure switch to MCB including making good the surface of wall after replacement of conductor and taking down unservicable conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Alteration / Modification in existing floor mounting type cylindrical pressure vessel add supporting legs, size 150 mm dia and 1.5 Mtr high as per (IS:2062). and fixing, testing and commissioning of the vessel including sockets/flanges welded for inlet, outlet provision for pressure gauge, pressure switches, air release valve etc. of suitable required size. The pressure vessel shall be painted inside with anti-corrosive epoxy paint and outside with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of Fire red colour over a coat of ready mixed primer, both of approved quality including taking down the existing vessel for alteration complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing and commissioning of floor mounting type cylindrical pressure vessel with supporting legs, size 150 mm dia and 1.5 Mtr high with dished end and knuckle radius (IS:2062). The vessel shall be made of 8mm thick MS plate welded alround with sockets/flanges welded for inlet, outlet and scour pipes, pressure gauge, pressure switches, air release valve etc. of suitable required size. The pressure vessel shall be painted inside with anti-corrosive epoxy paint and outside with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of Fire red colour over a coat of ready mixed primer, both of approved quality,including taking down the unservicable pressure vessel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnection electrical and water connection of the centrifugal pump and motor of capacity 10 HP with base plate and transported to work shop opening carefully and replacement of bushes, gland packing, ball bearing, rubber gasket nut and bolt, fixing the require new parts (parts such as shaft, impellor, coupling & bearing shall be supplied under relevant item of schedule ) and complete re-fixing in original position and making out all electrical and water connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate includes transportation of motor from the place of installation for repairing and reinstalling the same on existing foundation & testing & commissioning.

Supply only shaft suitable for centrifugal pumps for 10 HP capacity complete including taking down of old unserviceable shaft all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of electrical motor 12.5 HP with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size not less than original after cutting and taking out old winding complete with all insulation material such as Colton top varnish etc of centrifugal pump set motor all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing testing and commissioning of Main fire indicating panel, with ten number of Zones complete vise-versa, necessary controls, LED indicators, auxillary power supply, test, accept & reset, push buttons, local hooter and provision for passing on the signal to the panel, battery back-up for 24 hours normal and 30 min ,alarm condition etc to be fixed in stilt floor with all connected necessary accessory including taking down unservicable fire indicating panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and drawing 1.5 Sqmm of PVC insulated 1100 Volts copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface with steel conduit as required including making good the surface of wall after replacement of conductor and taking down unservicable conductor as all specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement automatic starter - delta starter type ML in FASD ML 1.5 including taking down unservicable starter complete all as specified and as directed. Make: As per OEM of Existing panel

Supply and fixing in replacement Amp Meter Digital type 0 to 100 Amp of size 96 x 96 mm including taking down unservicable amp meter complete all as specified and as directed. Make: As per OEM of Existing panel

Supply and fix MCCB 63 Amp, Four pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 10 KA including taking down unservicable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 32 Amp, Three pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 10 KA including taking down unservicable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB 6/32Amp, Singal pole, 230 Volts,including taking down unservicable MCB complete all as specified and as directed

M & L including taking down of old unserviceable for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 meter below ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead with 40mm dia light grade protection pipe for GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron of steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including taking down unservicable earthing set all as specified and directed. Note: GI strip 25x4 mm beynod 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid seperately.neccessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earthing chember 40mm thick RCC even slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6mm dia TMT bars at 140mm c/c both ways wanting pipe 20mm dia light grade GI funnelwire mesh lugs charcoal and common salt etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L Aluminum iron strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead including connecting to earthing test point to the equipment to be earthed by means of nuts ,bult and washers including taking down unservicable and broken iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,laying connecting and testing LT XLPE screened insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade sheated 10 sq mm 3.5 core,stranded aluminium conductor including connection to panel at incoming and out going using aluminium lugs and hanging it to walls and floors with necessary accessary including taking down unservicable cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for heat shrinkable LT 1100 V straight through joint suitable for aluminium conducter cable of size 4 core 6 to 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
